Excellent service. 2nd car I've brought from them.no issues at all. Thanks a lot........//

bought a used mini from here about 9 months ago. had issues not even 24 hours later. had to replace the starter, transmission, and now has a coolant issue. this place was horrible and customer service was horrible. they give you vague answers of what's wrong, and lie and say it's in good condition when it's not at all. I've spent at least 4K on top of the price I've spent for this car. Literally could have gotten a better car that actually worked considering what I already spent on it. Theyll cheat you out of your pockets. read more

S T A Y - A W A Y Buy a battery operated power wheels from Walmart but don't come here ! They are rude, lazy, and WILL take advantage of you. Quite simply, they don't want to lift a finger to sell a car. Don't ask for anything ! Don't ask for custom pictures of the car, don't ask for a video of it starting and running (doesn't matter if you have cash and are over 6 hours away) they are "not into sending pics" - they are "too busy". Seriously tho, I worked as a sales consultant at carmax for years and this behavior is not only unprofessional but unrealistic when selling cars. They were rude on the phone, rude through text, and eventually just hang up on you when they get bored. 0 stars if possible read more

When it comes to me doing business, I do not play. This place is not good to go to. One of the sales men took one look at us and had an attitude. Maybe because we were black or even females. But he was not willing to help me get a car from their lot. We were browsing then he told us to look online instead. Told him we did and that's why we are here. We asked him about the ford fusion "what was wrong with the door and why was it mat and he tells us it's the sun... he was not truthful nor helpful. He threatened to call the cops because my friend called him papa and asking to much questions... plus The Jetta that I looked at secondly the driver door would not open and all cars had scratches. I do not recommend if you're trying to get a car frfr. read more

I should have read the reviews before buying a car from this lot. Test drive went smooth and buying process went smooth. The check engine light lit up on the way home. I sent a message and asked if they knew anything about it and they said they didn't of course. It ended up being some kind of leak in the water pump and coolant was leaking out. It ended up costing me $1400 to replace. I am no dummy and know they just reset the check engine lights because it will stay off for 100 miles and then come on again. A week later I got a flat tire only to realize the back 2 tires were so worn that the metal was showing. it was hard to see because it was on the inside. This cost me another $400. I have messaged them again about these issues and they have yet to respond. Do not recommend this dealership at all. read more

Bought a car from them and engine smoking the next day. I tried to talk to Emre (General Manager) and he yelled at me saying he would not meet with me. Car saleswoman, Jovanna, is nice but she will act like she knows nothing. Wouldn't give me legal names of administrators in company. Car inspection was new; however, the car should have never passed inspection. They used this as a selling point (well maintained) in their advertising. This inspector inspects ALL of their inventory. My inspection receipt says the inspection was free of charge. Suspect they are working together. have contacted state police and a lawyer. Do not buy from them they're scamming people by selling no good cars "As Is". read more

went to buy a car couldn't even start one up to see how engine sounds without being disrespected. can't wait for karma to get you

Absolutely disgusting. I have never written a review anywhere however I was propelled to do one for this place for the way that I was treated and humiliated for asking a very simple question. There were two identical cars, make and model, priced exactly the same, however one had 40k miles more than the other car. So I simply asked if there was something wrong with the car because of the price because it genuinely seemed odd. He then proceeded to insult me by challenging my competence and telling me that it was none of my business the way he priced his cars and he told me that as a customer I should not ask questions, to just buy and give money and I everything he said was really arrogant and disrespectful and I just decided to be peaceful and walk away. He said many things that I left out and when I was peacefully walking away he kept rubbing it in by saying yeah, leave leave. Most definitely the worst place I have ever been to and the saddest part is that I walked in with the cash in hand to purchase the car that I was specifically looking for. if he would've just been friendly and not so hostile we could have done business. read more

bought my car February 3rd 2022...Everything was great people were nice. When I looked at the car there was a note on the inspection paper saying needed new radiator when I asked if it was replaced I was told it was one day after I purchased the vehicle I drove it across the street from my house parked in the parking lot and there was transmission fluid everywhere they came and got my vehicle looked at it told me it was the radiator but had already told me the radiator was replaced so they replaced it brought it back to me a month later I'm driving down the road when my car switched to second gear my RPMs race and my car slows down the car has a bad transmission I haven't been able to drive it since the end of March and on top of that it's throwing a code for a gas leak I've taken it to multiple mechanics that tell me this is not a new problem that it's a pre-existing problem they sold me a shitty car and they know it and there's nothing I can do about it read more
