We will definitely use this company in the future and will be requesting Phillip every time.

He was very polite and professional and did the job. I wanted to hire him again. This time my wife answered the door to a younger gentleman, and he gave her the attitude that he didn't really want to clean our carpets because they were too old. We repaired what we've always paid, but the service and professionalism were not there. In the past, whenever a spot could not be removed Daniel/the owner always told me about spots he couldn't get out. This time this younger guy, didn't tell my wife anything about spots, rips or damage.. lastly, the cleaner moved one of my landscape rocks to hold his house and on the way out my wife asked him to put it back. He said oh hasn't that been there all the time. It's not worth the money this time. I think I'm going to delete them from my contacts. I would appreciate it if Daniel, the owner felt free to reach out to me. I just want him to know what his staff is like when he's not there. An employee can make or break a business..

AWESOME CARPET CLEANING COMPANY!…read more Need your carpets cleaned? Contact Matt with Classic Carpet Cleaning. Wish every company gave such a wonderful experience as the one we had with Classic. We wanted to get our carpets cleaned but were hesitant to do so because in the past, we'd hire someone like Stanley Steemer and they'd vacuum and leave in 30 minutes. Really wanted someone with great attention to detail and would do a thorough job. Decided to look on Yelp to see which companies around us had positive reviews. Classic Carpet Cleaning has some amazing reviews and now I understand why. Matt was so quick to respond to my Yelp messages regarding pricing and availability. I actually felt kinda bad because he was so responsive and it was during the weekend! Pricing was clear and setting up an appointment was so easy and extremely professional with email and text reminders. On the day of the appointment, Matt showed up exactly at the time we scheduled. Such a nice person! Just absolutely love his energy and personality, so upbeat and cheerful. He even whistles while he works, lol! I can tell a lot of his positive reviews on Yelp are because he is just a really interesting person who does exceptional work. We talked about his amazing work career and I was so surprised when he told me about how he started doing carpet cleaning part time for a while, and how it was his favorite job because it was so fulfilling. That's when he decided to do it full time, despite having other career opportunities. You can tell someone who enjoys what he's doing is going to do a better job at the task. I can't say enough good things about our carpet cleaning experience with Matt. Everything was just positive from beginning to end, and our carpets are cleaner and fluffier. ^_^ Matt was even upbeat and friendly to the driver who came and picked up some donated items at our door, calling him "Boss" and telling him to have a good day. I just think it speaks volumes when you see a business owner treating others with respect and encouragement. Had fun chatting with him and even discussing Pitbull, Selena and Sabrina Carpenter music while he was busy raking the stair carpet! Who knew about carpet rakes?! (see photo for an example of what it looks like) Absolutely wonderful carpet cleaning experience. They book up pretty quickly since they do such a great job, so if you need your carpets or flooring cleaned, definitely do not hesitate to contact them. Super easy to contact them on Yelp too, btw. 5 STARS, A+! Thank you, Matt and Classic Carpet Cleaning!

We had Squeaky Clean come clean our windows about two weeks before listing our home for sale. After…read morethe technician (Eliot) left, I discovered that three of the four blinds upstairs were no longer functioning correctly. One roller blind with a bead string was snapped, one blind was stuck in the all the way up position and would not lower, and a third would open and close very crookedly. I contacted them and they sent out a manager (Kyle) to look at the blinds. He was able to fix the one that was stuck all the way up and wouldn't release, and he agreed it was caused by pulling the blinds up too far/hard. He was unable to repair the other two blinds, but said that they would send a blind repair specialist. After almost two weeks, there was finally availability in his schedule and he was supposed to arrive between 8-10AM to fix the blinds on the same morning that the house was being photographed for the real estate listing at 11AM. He no showed the appointment and after I called at 10:15 to inquire about his ETA, I was told it was due to a truck breaking down, even though this was not communicated with me. Eventually I spoke with the specialist and by the time he could arrive it would have overlapped with the photography appointment. At this point he also told me for the first time that he would not be fixing the blinds on-site, but instead they need to be taken down and brought back to their warehouse for repair and that they should have brought them in for repair two weeks prior when the issue was first flagged. At that point I couldn't have him take the blinds because it was Wednesday and the house was being listed the next day with open houses scheduled that weekend. The plan was made for him to pick up the blinds the following Monday morning, to repair and return them before the next weekend's open houses. On Monday morning I received a call from a manager that said they no longer thought they were responsible for breaking the blinds and that they were already broken before they got there. They later admitted that they did open one blind that was stuck and wouldn't release, but that they never touched the other blinds and that they were open when they got there. This is untrue, if I had prepared for the visit by opening the blinds, I would have done that for all rooms. What happened was that they came on time at 8 AM, I met Eliot and said please start upstairs, I am going outside to power wash the patio since I didn't want to get water spots on the patio door or windows after they were cleaned. It was only a few hours after he left that I went upstairs to lower the blinds and saw that 3/4 no longer worked properly. So to summarize, Squeaky Clean's position is that I waited until right before selling my house to try and trick a window cleaning company into fixing my two broken blinds, and that they did coincidentally happen to break a third one while there, that they did manage to repair, but take no responsibility for the other two. So now I am out $1000 because of $250 worth of window cleaning services and it is all happening while we have the added stress of showing our house to potential buyers. The takeaway, should you choose to do business with this company (you shouldn't), make sure to document, ideally by video the day of the service, that your blinds are in good working order. You should also supervise them while they work, and immediately check the condition of all blinds before they leave. You need to approach this like you are going to have to prove your case in front of a jury of your peers. --OR -- You could just go with a different company that isn't run by a bunch of lying crooks. Choose wisely.
