The skeezy exterior extends to the interior. All the business needs is a second hand sign above the counter showing prices, not a little piece of paper hanging on the wall beside you thats not even in large lettering. And I was not expecting was Dom. The man's command of the human language is, well, ummm... limited. You're more likely to get a grunt or moan instead of a word. But in the end, he sharpened my axe. Not the prettiest of jobs but it should work well. It's just an axe.

The owner is trying to take away all responsibility from him and his team for their mistake. I am now going directly to UPS Head Office and preparing a bad faith lawsuit. I would not go anywhere near this location unless you are more than comfortable with your package arriving in an awful state as well as no ownership or integrity on their end if anything goes wrong aka they make the mistake and then it's on you. The manager is extremely rude and condescending. The owner is completely rude and condescending. I do large amounts of shipping for work purposes (upwards of 5 - 6 packages a week) and this is hands down the best worst shipping provider I have ever dealt with between western Canada. Genuinely pay more to avoid this place at all costs. It is not worth the risk.
