All of the knives are sharp and work really well. Luckily none of my knives had nicks or chips that take extra time and cost to fix. I live close by so I dropped off and picked up my own knives but he offers that service for a delivery charge on his website. His pricing is fair for the amount of time and work he puts into each knife. I don't want to buy the equipment and invest my own time so I'd rather pay an expert for his time and work. I kinda burst in the door of this very chilled store run by Jim for the last 20 years!! I was so surprised there were no reviews or pics for such a longstanding business. Anyway the printing. This was a last min quick print I needed done. Very simple just a lot of pages. I had to bargain with Jim on the time it would be ready and he got the job done in half an hour. Legend. I'll use them again but I'll email over the files to give him more time. It's in an odd spot but they do have a few free parking spots for customers right outside.
