From my initial consult, I knew that I wanted her to perform my surgery. She answered every question that I had and knew exactly the look that I was going for. She asked me about ME and I loved that. I had a consult with another doctor a few years ago and felt like just a number there. Not so with Dr. Siwy. Had a wonderful experience at the surgery center as well! I had a VERY substantial lift (Dr. Siwy said that my "pre" surgery were some of the worst she had ever seen...happens after losing 150 pounds) and did have openings form at the anchor point under each breast. They were very accommodating to fit me in to be seen and didn't make me feel silly for being nervous. Even sent me home with supplies to dress the areas myself. Tess, her assistant was fabulous as well. Debbie, at the front desk, takes a little bit of warming up, but once you do is happy to answer any questions! I highly recommend Dr. Siwy!

In pursuit of breast reduction surgery, I visited 4 highly rated, board certified plastic surgeons…read morein Indianapolis. NONE of them would take me as a patient. One other board certified plastic surgeon said yes he would do the job but then three months later I was still not on his schedule. Dr. Siwy was recommended by a woman who had Dr. Siwy do her breast reconstruction surgery after cancer. Six years later she is still extremely pleased. Dr. Siwy was described as a "surgeon's surgeon" by another physician. I couldn't agree more. My contact with Dr. Siwy and staff from first exam, through the insurance approval process, the surgery, and follow up until I was released from care has been exceptional. My surgery wasn't easy, I had scar tissue from 5 previous biopsies in which fibroid tumors were removed on the right breast and 4 previous biopsies on the left breast. I also needed special care from the anesthesiologist. I was told that Dr. Siwy is very particular who is in the room with her when she works. And, I am happy with the great job by Dr. Carelli of Northside Anesthesia I am ecstatic to have this surgery completed and the results are awesome.

I have a difficult work schedule l, and dr Grasee and her team worked hard to fit me into her busy schedule. I have very limited ability and she met me after hours after she had completed a long operative day. Her nurse as well as her front desk staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Dr. Grasee took her time with my procedure, listened to what my needs were, and made sure everything was upto her standard of sterile technique. My results look fantastic almost immediately. I cannot thank her and her team enough. I am so happy with my results. Knowing how important I was to her as a patient, and me being the priority I will definitely be back for other procedures. I definitely recommend Dr. Elizabeth Grasee.

I am beyond OBSESSED with my results to say the least!…read more I remember coming in for my consultation and being so nervous about what would lie ahead of me. Ashley & her team made me feel so comfortable (plus, they have an excellent music playlist!) I had gotten several quotes & consultations from multiple plastic surgeons in Indiana, even Chicago, yet Robey Plastic Surgery stood out and met every possibly expectation. I have been insecure since I was 12 - Dr. Robey did a better job then I could've ever imagined. I am so confident in my body now, I love the way I look and I wouldn't change a thing about my plastic surgery journey. I'm comfortable in my own skin, I feel so happy now. She even provides a checklist for pre & post surgery that was so very helpful. I seriously cannot thank Robey Plastic Surgery enough for changing my life. I have and will continue to recommend my friends & family to Robey Plastic Surgery.

Buckle up, this was a rough ride…read more I scheduled my breast augmentation with Dr. Robey in October 2025. I chose her because of her credentials, Surgeon of the Year recognition, and because she was a female surgeon. I thought I was in good hands. My consultation felt transactional and dismissive. When I asked for her professional recommendation on implant sizing, she said, "I don't know, I'm not going home with them." Despite that red flag, I proceeded. Dr. Robey wasn't present at my pre-op appt either. At that appointment, my bank declined the large debit transaction, so we drove directly to our bank, withdrew cash, and brought it straight back to her office. Four days later, I was told $600 was counterfeit and that I had to replace it or my surgery would be canceled. So, I paid. Jamie (front desk) said my bank would reimburse me, but it didn't. My bank explained its currency-checking process and said they guarantee all of the bills. Jamie said the bills were sent to the Secret Service, but despite my requests, I never received a case number or documentation. That $600 remains unresolved. I STILL went through with surgery. Before surgery, my breasts appeared symmetrical. Immediately afterward, my left implant sat noticeably higher than my right. At two weeks, I was instructed to wear a compression band 24/7 to help it drop. I wore that band for FIVE MONTHS, after that I went mainly at night. My implant was still high. At my eight-month follow-up, I felt my concerns were dismissed and that I was being blamed for reducing band wear. Dr. Robey offered three options: pay $3-4K another surgery to "pull it down", wear the band another FOUR months, or do nothing. She said my results would continue to look worse if I did nothing. She was right on this one. I sought another opinion from a BCPS, who identified lateral displacement and an under-dissected left implant pocket--issues Dr. Robey had never explained to me. Also something the band would've never corrected. Three days ago, I underwent revision surgery with another practice. My surgeon had to lower my left implant pocket THREE INCHES. That's a lot!! I paid $11k for pocket reconstruction, new implants, and repositioning. Again, the band would've never corrected these issues. I emailed Dr. Robey's practice repeatedly seeking answers and a resolution, but received little meaningful response. I also shared an update about my experience with a limited Instagram audience without naming her or the practice. I later discovered the practice had blocked me on Instagram. As a paying patient trying to get answers, that was incredibly disappointing. I've now fully shared my experience, and others have contacted me about their own negative experiences here. I understand cosmetic surgery doesn't guarantee perfection. But patients deserve transparency, honest communication, and genuine concern when something isn't right. I went into surgery hoping to feel more confident. Instead, I spent nearly a year with visible asymmetry, followed medical instructions for months, and paid for another major surgery, while lacking confidence in my appearance. My biggest disappointment isn't simply the result. It's that I trusted the guidance I was given while an underlying pocket issue went unexplained. I didn't expect perfection. I expected to feel heard, informed, and cared for. I wish I had trusted my instincts from the beginning. Dont make the same mistake I did!

One year ago I had breast augmentation. Dr. Short was very realistic in regards to my expectations…read more I knew going in that my breast were very far from perfect or nice for that matter. My breast looked like deflated balloons. I showed her pictures of breast that I liked and disliked so she had an idea of what I was looking for. She implanted silicone, under the muscle as I originally wanted and what I agreed on prior to surgery. She never swayed me from my expectations but, she assured me of her experience and what would likely benefit me the most. My results are better than my expectation, to be honest. Dr. Short is a perfectionist and that is needed when choosing a plastic surgeon. Her staff members are wonderful too. They work in the field of creating beauty and do an excellent job at it. They answer all my questions in a timely manner. I wouldn't have changed anything about my experience with the Gillian Institute. I'm planning my next visit soon. Looking forward to having superficial skin resurfacing on my face from minor hyperpigmentation and acne scars caused from my teenage years. Don't hesitate when choosing Dr. Short as your plastic surgeon or her staff for other minor procedures. I work with three other women who have used Dr. Short for their breast augmentation. They are very satisfied with her work. Not to forget my fiancé loves the results too.

Sex: F / DOB: January 1971 / Surgeon: Dr. Robert D. Lewis / Revision Rhinoplasty…read more On January 13, 2021, Dr. Robert D. Lewis of Canfield, OH, performed revision rhinoplasty on me at the Gillian Institute in Indianapolis, IN. The results were and continue to be disastrous. After contacting a lawyer about suing for his medical license--something I'd never done before in my life--I discovered Mr. Lewis had already been sued at least 10 TIMES in the state of Indiana. He's mysteriously won every lawsuit, including a case where the tip of a woman's nose turned black and *fell off of her face* after Lewis performed surgery on her. I'd had rhinoplasty in my home state at age 14 which turned out beautifully. I loved the results, and the teasing stopped at school. When I moved to Indiana at 40, I developed severe allergies and mild asthma. Local Lafayette, IN, ENT Dr. Joseph Bremmer suggested septoplasty to increase my nasal cavity space and assured me it would not affect aesthetics. He was wrong on both accounts, and his surgery left me with nasal valve collapse. A different ENT told me rhinoplasty would be the only way to restore my breathing, which is why I sought Dr. Robert D. Lewis in the first place. Mr. Lewis had excellent online reviews. Even now (Feb 2023), when I look on sites like Real Self dot com and Health U.S. News dot com, all I see are highly curated five-star reviews for a man who should never be allowed to perform surgery again. I've personally learned those sites cannot be trusted. Moving forward, Yelp and Google are probably the only reviews I'll take into consideration. Robert D. Lewis of Canfield, OH, and the Gillian Institute of Indianapolis, IN (run by Dr. Kimberly Short) should not be allowed to perform rhinoplasties on anyone, ever again. Lewis never showed up for ANY of our post-op appointments, and the people who work at the Gillian Institute know what a horrific 'doctor' Lewis is. I've now paid an extra $25K in an attempt to restore my aesthetical nose and nasal airways, but Lewis decimated my nose so badly that restoration may never be possible. I never want anyone else to go through what I did with Dr. Robert D. Lewis of Canfield, OH, and the Gillian Institute of Indianapolis, IN, and I hope this review saves someone from Lewis' traumatic hammer & chisel. I also hope he loses his medical license. He's not fit to perform rhinoplasties, period.
