It first started when my breast became undone and I developed a hole inside my breast. I literally could put a Qtip inside my breast. Doctor Chen did not provide any antibiotics for the infection nor did he offer to close me up. I asked about the scaring and he said no one was going to look under my breast. I could! I was called Botched by an ex boyfriend that broke up with me after the surgery. A few days later I ended up in the ER with a collapsed lung. I tried to get ahold of Doctor Chen through his office and medical center, but his guard dog Shannon wouldn't let me speak to him. Later, I developed a pain on the right side of my belly. You could see an obvious lump. Doctor Chen said it was fat and did lipo in his office. At least that's what he said he did. The pain got worse and never went away. I had a CT scan done and it showed a hernia. Doctor Chen called the radiologist and told him it wasn't a hernia, it was fat. Why would Doctor Chen want to change the results of my CT scan? Two surgeons both agreed it was a hernia. I went with one surgeon who performed surgery for a hernia. My stomach developed an infection. I had to have another hernia surgery because I oozed with contamination . I don't think I would of been in this situation if Doctor Chen treated me and followed up with aftercare. Doctor Chen only cares about money, not the patient. The patient is a template moneymaker. Doctor Chen does not want to resolve this. There is no medical integrity when a patient has to suffer. I should've left his office happy and feeling confident. I live with regret everyday. It's your body....buyer beware! She didn't have an appointment this morning but did have one at 3 pm. I grabbed it. Dr. Allman was just like all of the reviews I read about him and his practice. He major explains what he is doing, had no pain from the procedure. My tooth had a crack, I need a root canal and a crown, I am sitting here 5 hours and 40 minutes after the procedure he did with NO PAIN during him cleaning out my tooth and right now. NO PAIN. This is why all of his reviews say he is THE best dentist here in Albuquerque. My wife is looking for a dentist cause we just moved, and I am sending her to Dr. Allman. I have been going to dentists for almost 70 years, this is my last dentist because I am not moving homes again.

Got an appointment that morning, but when I got there it was a new dentist and some of the original staff. (Second visit ALL new staff). I have some dental anxiety anyway and was upset that I wasn't informed it would be someone else. I was told I needed a root canal (never had one in my 69 yrs of being on this earth) and that Dr Marshall could do it right then, I should have been suspicious but I was in pain so he did the procedure. I've been back three times for treatment for the pain that continues. X-rays and exams, grinding the crown down x2, antibiotics x2 and a muscle relaxant. He also prescribed a steroid dose pack after ibuprofen didn't help. That didn't help either. Something is still not right. Called on Monday for an appointment and was told nothing available this week. (He had previously said he would see me on an emergency basis if needed.) I then asked for my records to seek help elsewhere as I have no confidence in this office. Release form was texted to me; I signed and sent it back. When I went to pick up my records I was told I needed a subpoena. WHAT???? Told that was their policy. I finally got the X-rays emailed to me after another phone call. Did not get notes on treatment that was given.

I thought it was strange they didn't tell me the name of the stylist I was scheduled with. But it was my first time there, so no big deal. I arrived a little before my appointment time. They had three stylists working on clients. Was told it would be probably 10 minutes before they could get to me. Waited in the waiting area. Forty minutes after my scheduled time, there was only 1 stylist working. And she didn't have any knowledge of my waiting. I cancelled my appointment and left. Will not be going back.
