They even have a beautiful garden which is right next to the chair. Renee is absolutely wonderful and takes the time to get to know you and what exactly you want. After looking at my hair, it was obvious I was going to need a little more assistance. I had a line across my previous roots where the last person didn't apply the color or toner correctly and made it look like a second band below my roots. I didn't realize it was so bad until we looked at pictures. Renee went to work fixing my hair and made me feel like a million bucks by the time I left. My friends at work didn't see if for a week and all night long (night shift nurse here), they commented on how great it looked. I loved that Audrey and the salon took the time to intake and understand my needs..and really was able to give proper estimate/care to what I needed prior to my appointment. I also loved that the in person experience was wonderful. The space was light and beautiful. It made me feel calm and comfortable and I loved that Audrey made me feel relaxed and with no judgment at all despite how disastrous my hair had culminated into over the past 5 years of doing bare minimum.on my own. The appointment took a few hours as expected and I was very happy with proper hair care that I wanted and probably should have been doing for the past 5 years!
