I asked him what time. Four hours later he responded between 1:00-2:00. The time came and went and I didn't hear from him. When I called him, he said he would be at my house between 4:30-5:00. Again, the time came and went. When I called him again, at 7:00, he said he had an employee coming out, Again, no show. He then told me his employee came out an hour ago. Nobody came by. He said he would call me back in 10 minutes and let me know where his guy was. He didn't call back for another hour. He said his employee wasn't calling him back and he could come out the following day. Needless to say I didn't agree to this. This company is unreliable and doesn't appear to be truthful. Dog poop was getting stuck to small landscaping rocks. My son got a splinter on the landscaping wood and our dogs had just ruined all plants. We sought help to remove the weeds, a small peach tree and the landscaping, small rocks and wood, and also plants by our driveway and weeding our front and everything was done to more than our satisfaction. They kindly even took some junk we had and destroyed stuff to the dump for us. See below for before some before and after photos. We will hire them when we need them again.
