The…read moredoctor we saw said he could not help my daughter and she needed to see a specialist in Carmel Valley. It has been three days since our appointment and I have called three times asking for the referral, I even spoke to a supervisor and have never gotten a call back. My daughter is fifteen years old, is in pain, and cannot use her right foot. This office should be ashamed of themselves, my poor daughter! Do not go to this office ever for medical care you will not receive the help you need.

Also, there is a sanitizer machine upon walking in the door . It was nice to see that because the one sanitizer I usually bring in my purse was gone. This Sharp Urgent Care clinic seems to be a good place to help their patients as they always do what is necessary to help the patients I do want to say the waiting room needs to be fairly quiet for people who are waiting patiently for their family members . There is this Mother with her daughter who is talking so loud the entire place could hear . I feel someone needs to remind patients if they need to talk loud, they can simply walk outside. It's just rude when the people who do that do not care about other's peace of mind. Again, talk outside because no one will have to listen to them speaking loudly about their personal lives. I hope in the future the front staff can remind people to keep it quiet as there are others here who relish peace and quiet.

I'm not someone who regularly writes reviews, and no one asked me to write this one. It's been a…read morefew days since my visit, and I've continued to feel so genuinely thankful for the care I received that I actually sought out where I could leave a review because I wanted to make sure the people who cared for me were recognized. From start to finish, my experience at Sharp Grossmont's Emergency Department was exceptional. From check-in, to being escorted to triage, to every interaction throughout my visit, every single point of contact was friendly, efficient, and thorough. What stood out to me most was how genuinely kind and positive everyone was. Every staff member seemed to take pride in what they were doing. They did their jobs efficiently and thoroughly, while still making me feel cared for as a person. I've had experiences in other emergency rooms before, and this was by far the best experience I've had, especially considering the circumstances that brought me there. A very special thank you to Dr. Alex Kim, who sutured the wound above my eye. Having an injury on my face was obviously stressful, and I was concerned about how it would heal. Dr. Kim was extremely professional and meticulous, took his time, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the repair. I can already barely see the incision, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention he put into his work. No one wants to find themselves in an emergency room, but I walked away from this experience feeling incredibly grateful. The level of care I received truly went above and beyond, and I hope this review helps ensure that Dr. Kim and the entire Sharp Grossmont ER team receive the recognition they deserve.

If every urgent care visit felt like this, I'd start getting hurt on purpose…read more From the moment I walked in, the two young women at the front desk were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind -- not the fake, "we-have-to-be-nice" kind, but the kind of caring that makes you feel like you actually matter. They set the tone for the entire visit (if I had employees like these, I would definitely give them at least 6 week fully prepaid and all inclusive vacation to Bora Bora on the company at least three times per year!) The doctor took real interest in my injury -- not just a quick in-and-out diagnosis, but thoughtful, attentive care. You could tell he was engaged and wanted to help, which is rare these days. The whole place ran like a well-oiled machine: fast, efficient, and impressively clean. I barely had time to finish filling out my form before I was already being seen. Highly recommend this location if you want to be treated like a human and not a number. 10/10 experience. Theodore
