That alone is unacceptable, but the way the situation was handled made it far worse. When I tried to calmly explain and show proof, the receptionists ganged up on me, spoke in a condescending tone, and dismissed me like I was being unreasonable for questioning their mistake. Instead of taking accountability or even attempting to resolve the issue professionally. This felt less like a simple billing error and more like an attempt to squeeze extra money out of patients, hoping people won't push back. It's incredibly disappointing to see this kind of behavior, especially when dealing with elderly patients who rely on fair and ethical treatment. Between the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and questionable billing practices, I would not trust this office. There are plenty of other providers out there who treat their patients with respect but this is not one of them.

I was seen by Dr. Altus. He is clearly a very competent practitioner, patient, thorough, listens well, and explains things carefully. He also has a very pleasant and engaging personality.
