This company, and their staff are exceptional in evert way possible!!! Please read my previous review of them and then...When my new VA hearing aids finally came in they were great, but the Android phone/control app had a glitches. I ck'd with VA and they said drive back to Northridge, and they would 're-pair them. So today I called my local FAVORITE place==Acoustic hearing aid!! Nice new voice in office. A young woman named Genai. Who helped me on the phone for more than 30 minutes while we systematically found the problem, and the solution to the SNAFU in the app. She was patient, funny. Resourceful, and thorough. I still have not given them ANY$, AND they have been stellar in EVERY ASPECT. I'm sure that the owner,Rodger does know what a GOOD JOB of Customer Service and community ( old Vetrans) support both He, and Tara, as well as today's helpful Jennifer, always provide. Again. Acoustic Hearing Aids in Camarillo is a small office wherein sits a professional licensed hearing aid specialist with 20 years experience helping those of us with hearing loss become part of the hearing community. My experience of hearing loss began at age 4 with an operation called a radical mastoidectomy. Following that through high school, I was continuing to lose hearing and had two big operations, with less than great results. I consigned myself to being hearing impaired, until I visited Ron Roberts at the Camarillo office. I got my Widex hearing aids at the end of February and they have changed my life! I can hear birds, I can hear television, I can hear in groups. I got my aids while vacationing in California. Roger went out of his way to schedule a comprehensive hearing test and follow up before I traveled home. He matched my specific hearing needs to the correct hearing aids. I have not been disappointed. Recently I needed to call Him because I was having trouble with my right aid. He called me back right away and knew EXACTLY what the trouble was. It was a simple fix. I'll be brief as older reviews say it all. I've been going to Ron & Nancy ever since they took over from the previous owner, and that's a long time ago. Not only is Ron extremely knowledgeable in his field, Ron goes out of his way to give the best possible customer service. On more than one occasion my hearing aids were not working properly. If I could give more stars I would. This small office really takes care of their customers. The focus is to help each client with the entire process of getting tested and fitted for hearing aids.
