However, she recently moved to Santa Clarita to be closer to us and we took her to this office today. According to her, this is the nicest, most professional and friendly office staff with all the up-to date equipment. Her hearing aid stopped working. It was purchased at a different audiology department. Audiology Associates sent the hearing aid out for repairs and contacted the previous business where it was purchased to get the most up to date records. The staff communicated regularly with my mother-in-law and kept her informed during the entire process. The hearing aid was fixed a week sooner than expected. It was very easy to make the appointments. Once the new settings were dialed in they told her she could come in any time without an appointment for any type of adjustments. He ran thorough tests, explained everything clearly, and walked me through my audiogram in a way that made sense. He also does Real Ear Measurement with every fitting, which gave me confidence I'm getting the best hearing possible. He answered all my questions with patience and humor, helped me choose hearing aids that sound natural and work well in noisy places, and made sure they'll handle future hearing changes. The clear custom ear molds he recommended noticeably improved what I hear. The office staff are friendly and helpful. My four office appointments ran on time. Their parking lot is free. I would not recommend anyone buy hearing aids there if they have any insurance coverage. They require payment in full up front, and then they are supposed to refund you what your insurance covered. Good luck with that! I just spent months to finally get back my $2500. Same as thing happened five years ago when I bought my last pair. And there have been many other frustrations. Like when my repaired hear aids sat there for 8 weeks without the staff letting me know they were ready for pick, even though I kept asking!

I accidentally went to the Calabasas office first because that's where my initial appointment was with this doctor but realized once I got there that I was supposed to be in Thousand Oaks! I called in and the staff were so helpful and still got me in even though I ended up being a little late. Staff were all so great, and Dr Natour is always so wonderful. It was a little cold in there so bring a coat ;) Parking is so easy, and free- not all UCLA Healths have free parking so always grateful for that.
