I took my senior dog here and the staff is excellent! My dog has anxiety and a heart condition so they were able to give us the first slot and he was done in a little less than an hour and a half. The salon was clean and roomy, and my dog seemed more at ease here than he's been at other grooming places. I was really impressed how fast they got him done and really appreciate that they took his anxiety seriously. In the past, grooming salons have said they'd get him done as soon as they can because of his anxiety but then they would take hours. Kelly has always done a fantastic job with all our dogs. We have senior dogs with big thick coats and sensitive skin. She has a variety of shampoos, conditioners and de shedding products. She knows exactly what they need. They come out looking and feeling great. She always does a beautiful clip job nothing choppy like I've had in the past and no burns in my dogs like I've had before. Her prices are so reasonable and she comes to us so my dogs don't have to stress traveling. I would highly recommend Kelly and her new employee Alana, who is also a vet Tech. I Moved to Jacumba in January from Santa Clarita in north LA county, had a mobile groomer for years for my Teacup Yorkie- and i was afraid I wouldn't be able to get another mobile groomer due to the area where we lived, inquired in our area Facebook page about a groomer and was told about Ranch Spa..love it, she comes out and grooms him and it takes about a hour , very clean and professional.Highly recommend her. You pay more then a regular groomer but you are not wasting the gas to go down in the San Diego area and having to wait etc- she comes right to your home. read more

We love Ranch Pet Spa Mobile Grooming! We get our two dogs groomed (German Shedder & Border Collie) and they always take good care of them. One of our dogs gets a little nervous. So much so that other places would get frustrated with him, but he seems to be doing well with them and the mobile grooming service to the house helps so he doesn't have the stress of going to a new place! I've been taking my Bella to sharp dressed pets for over a year now. They are sweet as pie and can usually get me in within my time frame. Even when they are busy! I always use shelly!
