Whole Foods and New Seasons have nothing on their selection of grains, legumes, nuts, dried fruits, and sweeteners. They also carry a good selection of healthy oils, canning supplies, baking supplies, raw organic cocoa powder, some essential oils and soapmaking supplies, kitchen items, juices, teas and natural sodas, and a lot of other misc things for the whole foods crowd. There never seems to be much of anyone in there -I hope they will be able to stay in business in an area where people are conditioned to buying really awful food at Safeway and Walmart.

I buy a lot of bulk items for meal prep- things like oats, flour, beans, rice, vegetables, etc. The prices here are awesome; in store, you'll pay about $2 a pound for oats (store brand) but here it's $1 for Bob's Red Mill organic oats. Same deal for other dry shelf goods- as someone getting into cheaper meal prepping, this really is the place to go for such deals. The store itself is very basic- concrete floors, high shelving, barebones customer service. It is meant for business customers but I come here for my house- they also carry industrial/commercial strength cleaners, kitchen equipment and janitorial supplies. They don't carry electronics, entertainment, prepackaged meals, clothing or anything else of that sort. I don't mind though- I just go elsewhere for those types of items. Depending on what you value, I'd say it is definitely worth coming to this store either as a business owner or individual.

I was serviced by the owner himself (Tim) - and he made certain my first experience wouldn't be my last. Brought home a sirloin steak for the nights steak salad plans - but couldn't help also picking up 2 filets, a Tri-Tip, New York - and a fresh dog bone I got to select out of a box they brought out for me. Lovely people. And let me tell you - the Saturday night sirloin was exceptional! I'd strongly suggest Butcher Block meats for everyday and special events...and for you Traeger Folk...think "BIG Briskets" and ribs galore!
