My coffee was perfect and my turkey avocado sandwich was amazing. My boyfriend got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was so good too. I went with a group of people and everyone's sandwich looked so appetizing. The only things were my friends coffee was a bit bitter, mine was fine. The avocado was a little underripe but still yummy. read more

Sharon has been part of this landscape for many many years, born and race in the UP, Sharon open up her Coffee Shop to serve locals as well as tourists. Place does not look that inviting from the outside, but sort in and you'll find it very cozy, country small town feeling little gem. They have a great options in coffee, teas and they also offer smoothies. Wait there is more. Wine and beer too. Prices are super reasonable. Walk up to the counter and place your order. The day I went there they had a delicious cheese pie. I ordered Ham Skillet ($8.00) and a Veggie sandwich ($8.75). I recommend this little gem of a restaurant read more

Friendly service, delicious breakfast, fantastic coffee. Our family of 6 enjoyed eating (and drinking) here and loved seeing the whole family working together in the cafe. Highly recommend if you're around Hurley and Ironwood! The shopping area is fun too ;) read more

Service was good, atmosphere was good. Sandwiches we're tasty as well. Took it to go, but is definitely a prime spot for a quick lunch. Ordered and received my sandwiches very swiftly. read more

I've stopped coming here because of the young ladies taking orders. This is obviously an issue based on most of the reviews, but it seems the management does not care. The girls have a flippant attitude every time I come here. Due to other options in the area, I have no reason to come anymore. read more

Stopped here on the way to the Porcupine's, and on the way back, and it was consistent (excellent food, not the most personable counter folks both times). The first time I got the breakfast sandwich (on homemade bread) with herbed cream cheese, and that was one of the more delicious breakfast sandwich creations I've eaten! The second time I got the "Nola" and that was really good too-fries were cooked to pillow like perfection. Counter folks are lacking personality the first time, rude the second time, but the lady who brought out the food was so nice it made up for the mopey millennial's taking orders...and the food was amazing both times. read more

The girls that rang is up were nice. They didn't have regular Unsweetened Black Iced Tea. Then, they didn't have enough silverware for my family. When the food came, I saw that there was butter on my pancakes, which I don't like because I ordered Chocolate Chip pancakes and when i get chocolate chip pancakes i don't like anything on it, like butter and syrup. And then I don't like my pancakes burnt. And my Chocolate Chip Pancakes were BURNT. Some people don't think that the pancakes were burnt but I think they are. Plus I tasted the burnt grill taste. read more

Overall a nice place to get some work done, I will for sure come back! Lots of indoor seating, outlets, and free Wi-Fi. I paid $4.66 for a drip coffee and a scone, can't beat that! The coffee was good but the scone was a little stale. I saw the other reviews about the young ladies at the counter yet I was still surprised at their attitudes, not "unfriendly" or "flippant" but they just seemed absolutely miserable! I'm legitimately concerned about their mental health and home life, hope the owner/manager sees the reviews and can check in and make sure they're doing okay... :( read more

Thank god for this little place! We were staying in Hurley and love to have a coffee/tea in the morning but had low expectations to find anything other than a gas station or McDonald's for some morning caffeine. We were pleasantly surprised to find this cafe right on the main st of Hurley. Even then though, I was skeptical that they would have many options but was relieved to see that they had my favorite- iced chai lattes. I was blown away by how delicious it was! Chai lattes are very inconsistent/taste differently across cafes, so this was great. The interior of this place is very cute too, their desserts/pastries looked delicious. Definitely will return here when we visit next! read more

Nice setting with plenty of room for people. Cafeteria style ordering and food brought to your table. Staff must have been having a bad day today - no smiles In for breakfast - Avoid the hashbrowns as they are not brown or cooked as this was noted for all the orders at our table, and surrounding tables. Can be loud when many people are in the space - no sound dampening noted. Somewhat on the higher end of the price range - pancakes/bacon/coffee was just over 10bucks read more

Stopped in quick & bought some chocolate pastries. Was impressed with the menu choices & large seating options. We didn't have time to stay but will stop next time we are in town. read more

Lunch was very good and would have given this four stars but did not due to a most unfriendly staff. Not one employee greeted us, smiled at us, asked how our lunches were, or thanked us for stopping. Unfortunately they didn't learn anything from the review that Nick F. left in October. Hope they learn soon that poor treatment of customers is no way to stay in business. read more

Went to order on Saturday and the girl at the counter was rude. She ask want to you want. She seemed like she didn't want to be working. Once the food arrive the hashbrowns we not cooked completely. It seems to be the problem with the hasbrowns looking around at other orders customers had and it seemes theors weren't cooked completely either as they left them uneaten on the plate. read more

A beautiful coffee shop and cafe. Sharon's is the place to go if you're seeking an elevated cup of coffee and unique menu items. The house coffee is excellent but there is a wide range of drink options. The menu has familiar items with a few twists thrown in and it is very fairly priced. The baked goods case always has something tempting if you only want a snack. If coffee's not for you, there's bottled soda and even beer. As a coffee shop, Sharon's does not have a quiet, working atmosphere but it is a great place to meet up and chat with friends. Tip: All orders are taken at the counter, where food menus are available. Food is brought to your table. Overall, Sharon's Coffee Company offers a good cup of coffee and an escape from the dinner/family-style restaurant options of the area. read more

This place is a gem in the northwoods. I had the cranberry chicken salad sandwich on rye and the beer cheese soup. Fantastic. Creative. Homemade. This is a "luxury to treat yourself" kind of place. The menu is extensive, the portions are big and the atmosphere is peaceful. Oh yeah, and then they, of course, have good coffee read more

We went for lunch. One of the 2 soups listed on the chalk board was not available. (Take it off) We ordered hamburgers and the bun fell Apart in my hands- as if frozen and thawed or old. Very small burger. The pickles tasted odd. Rude service. No one came by to check on us. On our our way out we passed 2 employees. Neither one said goodbye, or thanks for coming, or acknowledged us in any way. Overpriced burger. They charge .50 $ each for lettuce, tomatoes and onion. Don't waste your money. read more

Every time I am in Ironwood, I stop here for lunch. Best place for miles around. Great coffee too!!! I only wish you were a little closer.

The food served our party of seven was really delicious and although not speedy, came close to all at once. Good coffee as well. What was confounding was the uniform SURLINESS of the young ladies behind the counter. One by one as we sat down, each member of our party remarked on how grumpy and dismissive their treatment was at the counter. We could only surmise that perhaps Laura Palmer or some other alpha female in town had been found in the woods missing an ear and they were all distraught and in no mood to be in the service industry that day, or had experienced a hard night of keeping the bros away at the greased lightning festival. Good wifi, though, I'm posting this using it! read more

I went here for lunch. I had a club royal, which is really a club sandwich. I also had the soup. I thought every thing was vary good. My husband and I went to Sharon's/East Wing for fish fry and really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. It is laid-back but also has a finer touch. I had the sautéed cod and he had the beer battered cod. The fish does fall apart though so both had to be eaten with a fork and not picked up. The sweet potatoes and French fries were better than at most restaurants. We would come back another time. read more

We came into Hurley looking for a place for breakfast and I saw this place and noted it had coffee. We nearly kept going until I saw out of the corner of my eye that it said "Full Breakfast and Lunch Menu" in their window. We parked and came in to check it out. We are so glad we did. Spacious, cute, friendly. Great value. We got so much food for our money! Our kids left satisfied, the staff was really sweet when my 4-year-old spilled his orange juice. We were really happy with our experience and with the food. Please make your sign bigger to emphasize that you serve breakfast! You'll snag folks coming north on 51 for sure! read more
