From start to finish, Brandon McGinnis (Clinch Realty) treated both me and my property as if they…read morewere worth a million dollars. He took the time to listen to my thoughts on the value of my property, carefully noted all the details, visited the property personally, and handled all the hard work from there. Brandon professionally represented and marketed my property, found a qualified buyer, and made the entire process incredibly easy, painless, and worry-free. What impressed me most was that not only did he get the price I believed my property was worth, but he accomplished it in less than a week. In today's world, it's rare to find someone who combines professionalism, responsiveness, and results the way Brandon does. If you're looking for an agent who genuinely cares about his clients and delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend him. Unfortunately, this site only allows a 5-star rating. If I could give Brandon 6 stars, I absolutely would.

Joe helped us buy our first rental house and was outstanding, the hardest working agent I know. He…read moregoes the extra mile to make sure everything goes smooth and is on top of all new properties brought to the market. I've gotten emails from Joe late at night doing more research for us plus scoping out houses for us when we were unable to get there that day due to conflicts. Those are the things that make him the agent you should definitely hire for your next house purchase or listing.

I would NOT recommend Joe Kosko. My husband and I were potential buyers of one of his listings, and…read moreour experience raised serious concerns about his professionalism and integrity. The property we were viewing was actively under contract, but Joe chose to intentionally hide that information from both the MLS and our agent. We didn't discover the true status of the home until after putting in an offer, wasting the time of both us and our agent. This is a direct violation of MLS regulations. Based on our experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending him to future homebuyers or sellers.

Not to mention, the lady who is the part-time admin is supremely rude and unfriendly. The rent for a two-bedroom in Gardner is reasonable, however, you get what you pay for. Their maintenance guy is sort of lousy - I asked for him to fix my icemaker which wasn't fixed and when he fixed my garbage disposal, the rubber portion that lines the sink drain continuously comes off now. Exterior maintenance on my townhome is poor and they like to let the grass get really long before cutting it. If I could afford it I'd probably rent elsewhere.

The display townhouse was attractively designed and well appointed. The bedrooms are a little smaller than the ones we have now but not altogether uncomfortable, especially for the price. Jenna was courteous and pleasant throughout our tour of the facilities and not the least hesitant to answer our questions or concerns. I liked what we saw and when we are ready to move this Fall I have no doubt we'll visit with Jenna again.

I don't rate many places 5 stars but I have had the pleasure of doing business with Brown Midwest…read morefor 15 years now and they continue to impress me. The owners Mike Brown and his father Gabe Brown KNOW real estate, development, construction and how to get things done. The homes are well built, they stand behind their product and the company expanded into the commercial market helping with property management, renovations and foreclosures since 2007. In terms of capabilities there are no better builders or contractors in the Johnson County Kansas area. In terms of service and support Brown Midwest is better than most companies I work with nationwide. The staff is hard working and reputable, the homes are well built and the company has a long history of success throughout the Kansas City Metro area.
