When starting the process of purchasing a house in Iola Kansas, I was planning to write a raving review about Mr. Kosko. He did an awesome job connecting with the realtor selling our home, arranged signing all documents on line as well as the basic closing. All of that went smoothly. He sent abundant photos and even a video of the property.
When we arrived at the property in Kansas, he was there. I walked through the house, and cosmetically and structurally, it was as described. It did have new gas lines, the circuit breaker box, functional, the heating ductwork needed repair as described. The heating system was not functional as described. We contacted an HVAC company, which Mr. Kosko said he didnt like, but he said they told him it was funtional. Talking to they HVAC people, they never told him that. He also had an unpaid bill at the town office for over $200, Mr Kosko refused to pay us back for that amount we had to pay upfront.
I would imagine that Mr. Kosko is competent in many ways, but there are flaws in his honesty and integrity. read more
