The display townhouse was attractively designed and well appointed. The bedrooms are a little smaller than the ones we have now but not altogether uncomfortable, especially for the price. Jenna was courteous and pleasant throughout our tour of the facilities and not the least hesitant to answer our questions or concerns. I liked what we saw and when we are ready to move this Fall I have no doubt we'll visit with Jenna again.

First the units- they are so nice! It's wonderful having all of the fancy features like crown molding, laminate flooring, and stainless steel appliances. There are not a lot of apartments in OP that don't have that type of luxury living. It's also so nice being in a brand new apartment! The floor plans make very good use of the space. Our apartment is a place that is nice and comfortable. With the stay at home order right now my husband and I keep commenting how we are so glad we have such a nice apartment since we will be stuck here for days on end. Second the staff- this is my first experience with Price Brothers and I must say they are amazing! Corporate is able to host a lot of events and provide bonuses because they have so many apartment complexes in the area. One of my favorites was free entry, food, and drink specials at BarK. They also have a pet loyalty club, where we can get many discounts or even free things at pet places in the area. The immediate staff in the office are awesome too! They have set up deals with local Bluhawk businesses. Every month they are hosting fun events or handing out free goodies. Sometimes they just show up at my door with something fun! I think you get what you pay for at the Residences at Bluhawk. It's luxury living that is rare in apartment complexes and a fun and responsive staff. I highly recommend living here.

Our realtor was none other than the man, the myth, the legend himself, Bryan Huff. Needless to say he and his team did not disappoint! All interactions with any of the staff were exceptionally pleasant as they were very communicative, attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable and kind! They were just on top of their game every time we needed something. I'm not sure about any of the other realtors under him but based off our experience, Bryan went above and beyond for us and he didn't have to. I won't say what he did exactly because I don't want to put that expectation out there. So, during negotiations we came to a standstill with the buyer. Bryan came up with a new proposal which "somehow" didn't cost us anything extra and because of this we eventually came to an agreement and closed. If there was one complaint it would be the photographer. We basically had everything staged accordingly but obviously we were still living there and utilizing our home daily. We had made everything that was used daily compact and mobile so we could leave at a moments notice for a showing. So photo day came and I let the photographer know if something looks unsightly let me know and I can move it temporarily for the photos. When it came time for us to review the photos, they were great. The issue was that there was a bunch of "unsightly objects" my wife and did not want shown ie: basket of dirty laundry, cords for our bedroom TVs and a couple items in our backyard. This wasn't a huge deal because when we let him know he was able to edit everything out within an hour or two for us to approve and finalize. Overall I recommend them!
