Aaron Bunnell at Homes by Brandy listed five properties for me over a period of more than six…read moremonths, and two ultimately sold. Aaron was consistently pleasant to work with and communicated well throughout the process. When he was away, he made sure I was connected with someone who could assist me, which I appreciated. That said, I was disappointed with the overall results and strategy for the remaining properties. Several sat on the market for months, went through repeated price reductions, and I did not feel there was a clear, proactive plan for generating renewed interest or getting them sold. While I understand market conditions can be challenging and not every listing will sell quickly, I had hoped for stronger market guidance and a more defined approach as time went on. Aaron also referred me to a contractor whom I personally would not recommend based on my experience. I was also surprised that, after our six-month listing agreement ended, I asked for copies of the property photos solely to share with a potential buyer I had located myself. My goal was to show the property's condition without unnecessarily disturbing the tenants--not to reuse the photos in another listing. I was told per Brandy there would be a $400 charge for the photos, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. Aaron is a nice person and a solid communicator, and I'm grateful that two homes did sell. However, based on my experience, I was left underwhelmed by the overall service, results, and follow-through. I would look somewhere else.
