Centennial management stated the owner could not pay the current or future dues until the past amt was paid which included over $1500 in collection, attorney fees and misc charges that were not defined. Project to fix the infrastructure of the community are deferred for months without completion however purchasing scrolling signs and new pool chairs are the priority. For over 4 years they had a self preserving board in order to maintain control. Accounting records show multiple entries "entry to address balance issue" showing they manipulate the books. The refuse to provide all documents and hide behind vague language and attorneys

The Realtor would ask me to ask the lender for answers. Then when I call or email the lender. I get no response. Or if I get a response the lender will respond on their own time like a week later. I met a super awesome Lender name Kyle that I'm working with, that works with REMAX. When I entered the building, the receptionist greeted and offered water.
