She worked with my renters to coordinate photos, showings, repairs, etc. She found good vendors to get bids on painting, yard work, roofing, etc. When a potential buyer had a question about the house, she took it upon herself to research the answer. She even found custom stove options for my small Roeland Park kitchen when one buyer had a concern about replacing it. To top it off, when Sydney went by my house after the renters moved out, it was left very dirty. The new buyers were expecting to close in a few days. While this all was happening, I was traveling in Chicago for work. She called me that evening and said her husband went to the house with a truck and spent a couple hours hauling out all the old junk and cleaning up the place. Talk about going above and beyond! All of the documents were sent to me electronically to E-sign. The entire process could not have been easier.
