Aaron was consistently pleasant to work with and communicated well throughout the process. When he was away, he made sure I was connected with someone who could assist me, which I appreciated. That said, I was disappointed with the overall results and strategy for the remaining properties. Several sat on the market for months, went through repeated price reductions, and I did not feel there was a clear, proactive plan for generating renewed interest or getting them sold. While I understand market conditions can be challenging and not every listing will sell quickly, I had hoped for stronger market guidance and a more defined approach as time went on. Aaron also referred me to a contractor whom I personally would not recommend based on my experience. I was also surprised that, after our six-month listing agreement ended, I asked for copies of the property photos solely to share with a potential buyer I had located myself. My goal was to show the property's condition without unnecessarily disturbing the tenants--not to reuse the photos in another listing. I was told per Brandy there would be a $400 charge for the photos, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. Aaron is a nice person and a solid communicator, and I'm grateful that two homes did sell. For our current house, she sent us the details before listing, but we were so bogged down with life-stuff that we didn't even follow up on it.. Guess who did? Veronica texted to let me know she set up a showing and that we'd want to make it if we could find a way to. We fell in love with the house and beat out offers (including a cash offer) and had it under contract that first weekend. So when I say we wouldn't have our beloved new house without her, it's 100% true! I know this won't be the case for everyone in this market, but we ended up getting the first house we put an offer on. She had the ideal approach to it, knew what it would sell for, had us write a letter (shoutout to my wife for writing a great, genuine one that helped us secure the house!), and filled us in on some of the outside of the box steps we'd need to take to land it.
