The professionalism wasn't there, wanted to give me some average oil even though my car requires best oil, which I personally had to tell them. Then told me nothing about the engine. Speed: Took 1.5/2 hours to get the oil that I wanted and change it. Value: Terrible, paid $220 for an oil change, where I can go and spend $250 at the professional shop, with all the original parts. Overall: Very disappointing, do not recommend.

Then, a discount coupon for $26 pops up from Jiffy Lube. So, total price was $104. A-OK. I show up there and show them the $26 coupon. They tell me total price will be $120. I say "That's not possible" and explain just what I said above. I was ticked off. After several back and forths, they said that manager said "best they could do was $109." I said "really, why was that?" No explanation. Regardless, it's the kind of thing that makes me want to want to go to Jiffy Lube. It's not the $. It's the attitude. ALl that had to say was "Sorry, we will honor the price you were given and with the discount coupon charge you $104." They didn't--and saved $5. Bad, very bad, business decision.

I used my diagnostic tester to try to determine what the problem was. The tester indicated that there was a misfire in one of the cylinders. I finally reached Cruz Auto Repair in the late afternoon. Corey replied back that he could come to the house between 6 & 8 that evening (Sunday). Corey came at about 6:45 and immediately began to diagnose the issue and found that the cylinder had a bad spark plug. We talked about a price and I decided to have Corey change all the plugs. which he did. running a test again, he found that one of the coils was also bad. Since it was late at night, after 8 PM and the auto parts store was closed, we discussed a price and agreed that Corey would come back the next morning with a new replacement coil. Corey came back the next morning and replaced the coil and now the car is working just fine. From the start, Corey showed knowledge of auto repairs, did exactly what he said he would do for the price that he quoted each time. I would highly recommend Cruz Auto Repair for all repairs. I was lied to 3x by James he told me the car started the diagnosis but now needs a 10 point diagnosis, but the car sat outside were the tow truck driver dropped it off with a dead battery and the car was never touched after 3 weeks I was called and told they can't meet my expectations and they would need to have the car for 2-3 months and they will tow it to another dealer. This is after I caught James in 3 lies that they were working on the car, He told me on a Monday morning he would go by. the shop and get a status and call me that afternoon never got a phone call and gave him another week and I called in Friday because I was promised a loaner and needed to know how to get the loaner and the manager calls doesn't know anything about the loaner and told me he would call me back and James wouldn't call me back and had his manager call me and I hear this is a common thing happening and when they continue to lie to the customers they expect them to be happy. They had 6 weeks to try and fix my $80k car that is only year and a half old with 6k miles and after 6 weeks they towed my car to another dealership. I have over $400k in Ford vehicles and after this and my truck having issues getting warranty work done I will be second guessing buying anymore Ford Vehicles. I have bought many Ford and other vehicles from Sarasota Ford but after this I highly doubt I will ever spend another dollar with this dealership. So far the sales have been great until you need warranty work done. The worst is when your lied to nonstop and the manager just doesn't care and over looks that and makes up excuses for his employee after talking to other several people needing work repairs done this is a common issue with how James handles the customers.
