Once I got out of the room with the dentist and her assistant I overheard them making negative comments on my physical appearance and from there went sideways. i attempted to ignore that, when I went to the desk, the the desk assistant told me I needed to pay twice the amount, well she only pointed and wouldn't speak to me, crazy ... the amount I was origamnly quoted was doubled and that assistant pointed with with a pen at amount now owed. She just kept on pointing at the list of pricing, the whole time I could hear in the background the dentist and her helper saying that I was a very ugly disgusting person, and I couldn't understand what the hell was going on. These people are the biggest assholes I've ever dealt with, and I never even got my crown taken care of because I refused to go back.I received multiple phone calls demanding a pay the bill I never had completed and i had ready paid in full. Finally after two years of them badgering me for a false bill by phone a message from a person at their office telling me in a very narsty tone " you had better fucking contact us, we're sick of fucking contacting you" .... if anybody is considering going to these pieces of of crap stay clear, I never got the procedure completed, and they took my money, these people are fucking assholes. my response was tomtake me to court, never heard back from them. I was told by the dentist that these additional procedures were necessary and that treatment could not move forward without them. After consulting with other dental professionals, I was informed that these procedures were not necessary. This left me feeling that additional services were recommended as a way to increase the cost of treatment while I was in a vulnerable position as a patient. The final bill ended up being nearly four times higher than the original quote I was provided. I was also told that I could not leave without paying the full amount, which I found to be an unacceptable way to handle the situation. I strongly encourage anyone considering this office to request a detailed written estimate, ask questions about every recommended procedure, and confirm that all charges are truly necessary before agreeing to treatment. Transparency and trust are essential in healthcare.

The main reason I keep coming back is because of Wendy, the office manager. She's an absolute rock star when it comes to customer service. I used to go to the Middleton location, but when I needed to reschedule, the staff there (and even at Verona) weren't willing to check availability across other offices. When I called Regent Street, Wendy went above and beyond. Not only did she check her location's schedule, but she offered to look into openings at other First Choice offices to make sure both my wife and I could get in for cleanings. That kind of effort really stood out. Since then, I've had great experiences here. The dental hygienist Will is friendly and professional, and Dr. White is attentive when reviewing my teeth and X-rays. Parking is also easy--there's a small lot, but I've never had trouble finding a spot. If you're looking for quality dental care with staff who truly go the extra mile, I highly recommend the Regent Street location of First Choice Dental.

At my initial consultation , I did decide to have a dental implant placed. Kim in the business office was extremely helpful in examining my insurance and letting me know what the cost would be at the time of the procedure. Today was the date for my procedure. I was greeted promptly and signed necessary forms. Emily and Meredith took me to the procedure room where they hooked me up to various monitors since I was going to have sedation for the extraction. My doctor is Kim Pansegrau, DDS,MD and he provided me with IV sedation. Within seconds he proceeded with the procedure and I have zero recollection of any of the mechanics of the work. And when done, unhooked me from the monitors and put me in a wheelchair and took me to the recovery area, where I spent about fifteen to twenty minutes. Mason checked my vitals and when I was ready to go , explained the medications I needed to take and the precautions I needed to use. When ready he put me in a wheelchair and rolled me outside to the car where my wife was waiting to take me home. The whole experience was very efficient and in my mind flawless. I had zero discomfort and quickly resumed ability to walk and eat since the anesthesia was not so overwhelming. I am so thankful to the doctor and his very able assistants. Not only is this doctor highly recommended but the whole office staff made the experience which I was so nervous about a very benign affair.
