This place is amazing! The Staffs are well trained and friendly. I came during the rush, and I didn't experience long wait. I ordered cocoa lover 50% sugar with grass jelly and matcha red bean with 80%. I was blown away by the taste of the cocoa Lover, it was rich in flavor without being powdery and fake!! On the other hand, for the matcha red bean, it was sweet at its 80% sugar level, so I might try it for 50% next time. But it does have a strong matcha taste, and I wasn't being disappointed by it. Everything is fresh and made from scratch my favorite is the strawberry mojito really refreshing

There are so many locations back in the OC and I had to try this one while in Vegas for a weekend. Usually all the stores have the same drinks, with the exception of some specialty drinks (Earl Grey @ Fullerton location = my fave). I noticed the prices here are increasingly more expensive than many other boba shops in the Vegas area and back in the OC. Same quality and same experience as every other Sharetea so you can't really go wrong. read more

I don't have pictures because I was too excited and it was too hot to not drink it right away. I was here yesterday for the first time and I tried their Hawaii fruit tea with boba along with the aiyu jelly. It's definitely sweet but I love it! Very quench thirsting. I came back today. Ordered three drinks- tiger boba fresh milk tea, classic pear milk tea, and Okinawa pear milk tea. My husband really enjoyed the tiger boba- he said it reminds him of horchata.. haha I was confused. I didn't read the menu because I assumed the classic pearl milk tea is the same as the regular milk tea. It's at 100% (regular) sweetness however it was not sweet at all. So next time i will try their original milk tea NOT the PEARL. Okinawa was bittersweet. I will come back because I'm dying to try their milk tea!! read more

Good boba but pricy I wish they'd add crème burlee to the menu it would be a huge hit!

It has been over two weeks since I left my posting. You would think that the owners would have even responded to my posting or at least called me to apologize. But NO! It shows that they don't care about their service or even the time that I took to track them down and give them feedback (over twenty minutes on the phone that one day). They were apologetic and I was told that is was helpful to them but actually it seems that I just wasted my time trying to let them know how bad their service actually is or can be improved. I found their words to be just words and no action. I wasted my time trying to help them as true feedback should be taken as a gift and that is how I meant and told them it was shared. I have been to this location previous times and felt the cashiers to be rude and not helpful and just over looked it as just poor service. But when this cashier started calling me names for NO REASON and making things personal this was totally unacceptable and needed to be reported. I am not a fan to fire people (maybe this one should have been!) but training is important. If they aren't doing anything about this attitude and behaviour from her and others they will not succeed. I see that the employees are learning from their owners/management it is acceptable and permitted to be rude to their guests. Their owners have shown no respect for me since my phone call with them. Why would I wish to give them respect anymore? Management, respect is earned and if you don't give it you will never get it! You haven't give me any at all besides your vague pleasantries over the phone that one time when I gave you the initial feedback. Thus you don't have my respect at all! Oh, lastly, when I left one of my two follow up messages for the owner mentioned on the previous review, I was told that the stores are not allowed to give out the owners phone numbers anymore. I was told that because of the problem I had and called to get their number and it was provided it is now a franchise policy not to give out numbers any longer. It seems that the owner was upset that I had their number to provide feedback to them (I still have it). Strange, because when I left the initial message (before my initial posting) the owner called me back first thing the following morning. I guess that they really don't care about their service or want feedback. They would rather hide behind their employees and not take responsibility for themselves or what happens in one of the locations (they have two that I know of but might have more now). I am not shy and will always take responsibility for my actions. Will they????? read more

Covid-19 review: We went here because one of our friends recommended this place but we're disappointed with the drink and how they done follow any rules at all. There's so many people inside the store, more than their occupancy. They could get fined for that. The cashier didn't wear his mask, he had it on his neck, what's the point of that?! Employees in the back who are working pretty much the same thing. We also noticed that they used the dirty rug all over the place. They wipe the counter everywhere and wipe the cups with it too. It's really disgusting, can't believe it. The drinks we ordered were ok nothing special about it. It taste like watery lemonade with fruit. This boba spot exceeded my expectations at first and was my favorite boba shop for a while until they started getting inconsistent with their drinks. Every time that I go, it always tastes different which is kind of disappointing. However, tonight was the first night I've ever found something in my drink. I sipped my drink & noticed immediately there was something in the cup and in my mouth that didn't belong there - some type of metal lining that would belong from something like a pipe cleaner. I regularly come to this ShareTea and today was nuts. There were only 3 people behind the counter against 100 people inside. Im sure they would get a bad review because of the wait for the drinks today, but it should be apparent to people already the moment they come in a crazy packed store, but oh well. I wanna leave this review because I want people to know that these peeps make the drinks pretty well. They never forget to give recommendations for sweetness when it comes to certain drinks, which is a big deal when it comes to tea drinks. Boba is never too chewy or it never taste like it was boiled in toilet water lol. So my kids and I stopped by here to waste some time as our reservation was still a couple hours away. For one the cashier/person taking orders was so clueless. We told him it was our first time here and we needed some time to look at the menu but instead he stared us down and asked us 2 min after if we were ready. We weren't so I just ordered from their top 10 recommendations. We had questions about the drinks but when we asked these questions his answer was idk or idk haven't tried it yet or idk and he would look at the other two employees there making the drinks and one of them just ignored him the whole time and the other girl seemed knowledgeable but annoyed. We made it a point we wanted our drinks extra sweet so when we tried our milk tea it was as if she forgot to add any sweetener on our drink. I let her know that there was no sweetener she said oh well that's how they're made and then offered to make me a different sweeter drink I opted for the taro and again no sweetener in it which I feel like it was done purposefully as that was the main issue to begin with I even offered to pay extra for it to be on the sweeter side. Either way will not be going back. I do not recommend if it's your first time trying boba I would definitely go somewhere friendlier and more knowledgeable. I wanted to love this place but I just didn't. My friends had been before so we ventured to Sharetea for our after dinner boba (yes that's a thing) and decided to sit and chat. I ordered winter melon tea with boba. It was really, really sweet and the boba was terrible. I NEVER send back stuff but I just couldn't drink it so I took it back and asked to replace it with a kiwi tea with no boba, half sweet. Strike two on drinks. It was still way overly sweet and had a bitter flavor I didn't care for. I didn't send it back and just nursed it while my friends finished their drinks and then we headed out and I tossed my nearly full tea in the trash. I should note that my friends weren't loving their drinks either. The boba was just so bad. I been drinking boba tea for a few years now and Sharetea tea has been one of my go to places for boba tea in San Jose ca. So i was glad to see when I moved here that they had a newly opened Sharetea here in Las Vegas. Both times I've been to this location the works where nice and the tea was good. The only thing I don't like about this location is the seating, if you are sitting by the cash register you got people all around your table while your sitting there, so the place is set up kind of weird because because most of the Shareteas I've been to they where place you could come and sit and enjoy your tea, this place is more of a order and take togo. As for the teas we ordered ,my kids had the strawberry ice blend w ice cream and I had the mango ice blended with ice cream, the drinks wheee good and my kids enjoyed their teas. Solid establishment. I forgot to get boba (doh!) in my order, but that's on me. I mentioned that I'd like it less sweet and they volunteered a 30 percent level, which was just right, and the drink still came out tasting good, so I think they're using ingredients of a reasonable enough quality. When i came here the first time i had high hopes for this location to see if its on par with the one in my hometown colorado but sadly it is subpar. The way they make the drink taste is like watered down. There is no strong flavor of tea nor coffee in it and the sugar level which is supposed to be 100% is more like 50%. I love sharetea! I've gone to it many times in california so I already know it's super yummy. As soon as I saw the new location here I wanted to go. The boba is always fresh + chewy! I usually get an Okinawa Mt w/ boba or mini boba bc they have that as well. My bf gets the coffee milk tea w/ boba. Just opened in the new Shanghai Plaza. The staff was friendly and helpful. I got the Mango Passionfruit Green Tea without boba and a 50% level of sweetness. The flavor and sweetness was perfect. It has passionfruit seeds in it which give it a nice crunchy, tart kick every other sip. It was reasonably priced for the size (4.50). The ice ratio was perfect without any adjustments. They have a loyalty program and after you sign up they send you a 20% off your next purchase promo. Looking forward to trying out more drinks here! read more
