Ok so I've been here over a 100 times. 5 stars on all of the drinks that's I've have here. My go to is the WHOLE LEMON GREEN TEA. (You get a whole lemon FYI) I usually do the WINTERMELON TEA on a Tuesday. BUT on this hot Monday, I decided to redeem my freebie from their loyalty program. I ordered the OREO ICE BLENDED drink. THE WHOLE REASON FOR THIS REVIEW IS THIS...I always get great service when I go there. From the owners, to the boys, and to the girls. SO Today after i ordered my drink. Just a bit of info for anyone wanting to order the Hokkaido Milk Tea. It has a caramel toffee flavor (I tried it, nutty flavor) and this is unchangeable. Fast service as usual, currently no dining. Fruit teas and milk teas are great. Not a fan of their taro milk tea (taro is my safe order at boba places). My favorite drink to order here is wintermelon milk tea / black tea + crema + boba or lychee jelly (no other boba place can perfect this mix!) Location is amazing -- inside a square filled with a variety of asian restaurants / shops. read more

The soft opening was today. The location is in the new Shanghai Plaza. Very clean place and the staff is super nice! They make their drinks in a timely fashion too which is good, since in another location it took 45min to get. They also used their space effectively since the store is relatively small. The goto for me is the classic green milk tea with the miniboba, and I loved it here! I do think it is a bit sweet but that can be adjusted, so it is not a problem. read more

I had the winter melon tea crema with 70% sweet, and it was very good. I would go back to try some of the other flavors. The boba was done right, soft with a good amount of chew. My all time favorite is still Brew Tea, but Sharetea will absolutely do in a pinch. read more

I ordered three different drinks and the team was so friendly and helpful in helping me make a selection. My absolute favorite was the Wintermelon with Fresh Milk. I was however unaware of how much Lychee would be added and in my opinion it was way too much to really enjoy the beverages. Atmosphere is pretty cool, good music playing in the background. The boba (pearl) is OK, but not always consistent. First time was chewy and good, but another time it was hard and seemed like not cooked thoroughly. So, I started doing the Mini Boba instead, it's more consistent. I do like the Honey Milk Tea, 80% sweet. Has a nice hint of honey sweetness. The Coffee Milk Tea is good too, smooth blend of coffee in it. read more

This place has solid good drinks. Their tapioca pearls were delicious. The drinks were all good. Customer service was excellent. Their store looks clean and modern with a few tables to sit down and enjoy your drinks. Only downside is the parking. Spots are tight and limited in availability. I am glad Las Vegas has this popular tapioca franchise. read more

I love this place! Alway stop by if I'm in the area. I have tried the matcha milk tea (delicious), mango green tea( not a Big fan) and the coffee ice blended (my favorite). I recommend ordering online for faster service as it can get pretty busy. read more

We came to share tea at 4:45 pm on thanksgiving. They are open until 5 pm. After us a customer walked in at 4:50 pm and the worker out loud said "omg are you kidding me?" She was upset that people kept coming in while they are open. I totally understand being frustrated. I understand being the employees to work on thanksgiving is not desirable. We expressed to the cashier how we felt when we heard that. That to us customers this doesn't make us feel good nor do we want to come back. She just gave us a look like okay. Then the girl who did say it turns around and goes "excuse me" so we let her know that we heard her and it didn't make us feel good. She says okay and turns around and then the cashier also goes to dismiss us. We made one more attempt at the end to ask the guy who was preparing our drinks to tell him about our issue. FINALLY we got someone who cared. He apologized to us multiple times. We were also told when ordering drinks they were out of green tea. Totally okay but this same employee was the one who asked me we have this last cup of green tea it's not a lot but did you want this in your drink! And I really appreciated this and this is the reason I spoke to him at the end about our experience. The kind employee had a septum piercing...you guys need to promote him and have him train! He was nothing but kind and he had the same long day as everyone else but still kept that customer service alive! We really appreciate him, he recognized us right away as regulars and just felt grateful that he acknowledged what we were saying and apologized. He didn't get defensive. Just said I am so sorry it's been a long day. We get it! Trust me! Working during the holidays, being the few employees who have to work, it's never fun. I get it! I hated it too every time someone came in right at closing, even though as co workers, we complain about it under our breathe, in the back, talk a bunch after all the customers are gone! We arrived after lunch and the place was packed! We ordered 8 drinks to take home, a variety of flavors including our favorites: Classic Pearl Milk Tea, QQ Happy Family, Coffee Milk Tea and Mango Ice Blend... Yes it took a while to get the drinks, we expected that when we saw the crowd. People, remember it's 4th of July holiday! Normally, the turn around is very quick. I don't want to complain about the service since the place opened not too long ago (last week). But the workers are really REALLY friendly. Shoutouts to Monique because she had the best smile out of everyone that was working. It was my first time going here (California hyped this place too much) and I was impressed that if you make a yelp review, it would be Buy One, Get One Free! Came out with 4 drinks!! What a steal!!! Whenever I try a new boba place, I ALWAYS go for a Hokkaido milk tea. Sad to say, my milk tea tasted like water with a thousand balls at 80% sweetness. Therefore, I couldn't savor my drink and got tired of chewing. They said the regular pearls would take 20 mins, but it took 20 mins to wait in the line so no thanks. My friend ordered the Okinawa & same thing, it was watered down at 80% because that was what they recommended for both milk teas. Might as well get 110% sweetness lol The mango iced blended was good when you mix the ice cream with it. But honestly, who can go wrong with mango and ice cream? Lol. The green tea creama was interesting at first sip, but after a while, you start tasting the bits of powder. Sharetea is my now go to Boba place, and this means a lot because I do commute 20 mins every day from the North Las Vegas area. The staff are friendly, and can always make me smile/laugh or feel better after a long day-- talk about awesome customer service! So my order is pretty complicated; a 0 sugar milk tea with boba. It might seem simple but this is the only place to get it right! The drinks aren't overly sweet, which is great for people like me that need to cut off sugar for dieting or even just health, but you can always adjust it so that it's extra sweet too. This location is always wasting water. Both sinks running water full blast, with nothing in them to clean. As we were leaving they put a blender on the sink to wash and proceeded to let it fill to the top with water over flowing not one worker cared to turn either facet off just kept it running. I have always seen this place in various cities, but finally decided to stop in while in Vegas. Asian tea joints are always so complicated, their menus are worst than Starbucks. You can get so many different combos and adjustments. I just went for the one that had everything in it, the QQ something or other at 80% sweet. It was so refreshing and tasty. The flavor the tea really came through and it I love that grass jelly in it. Also had two kinds of boba, beans, and lychee too. I went here yesterday (3/17) with my cousin around 11:30AM. Store hours are open at 11AM. We didn't know if it was okay to go in or not, but we open the door and it was open. My cousin and I enter the store and we weren't even greeted, that was fine, but what was really disappointing was that the two young associates where just talking to each other. I asked politely if the store was open, they kept talking to each other and thought they didn't hear me. I went closer and asked again and they still ignored. This was the WORST customer service I ever had to the point I have to make my first review because of this. I usually go here with my friends and recommend this place, but I don't want to support this kind of business that hires associates with bad service. I usually enjoy Sharetea and this place is no different. This is a chain so there's nothing super special but the drink quality is usually good. Sharetea is my favorite boba place in Vegas. I don't visit this location as often as I'd like, but every time I'm in the area I stop by for a classic pearl milk tea. It's one of the few places in town that offer mini boba - when requested - and they're the perfect bite size. Sharetea is consistently flavorful, and the service is expedient and friendly. I'm also a fan of the interior, with ample seating for group hangouts. It's rarely too busy to claim a table and enjoy the atmosphere. Service is slow. I should of just bought a bottle of water. After I paid for my two drinks, I waited 38 minutes. A customer should be informed how long the wait time if it seems to be longer than 10 minutes. You should not continue to accept orders beyond your ability. If I or another customer was warn, we at least can choose to wait or not. It's okay to wait in line for one hour before reaching the cashier. It was that customers choice. A drink service business wait time should only be 5 minutes. This is not my first time. Previously, I had three encounters of waiting over 15 minutes. Please train your employees. As a loyal customer to Sharetea, I hope not to encounter this again. If so, I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I came in to order 3 drinks for my family. The order that we had a problem with was the Classic Coffee, 80% sweet with less ice and extra coffee powder. I was standing on the side watching the workers make my drink. He made my drink with 3/4 empty, assuming he made a Coffee Creama. I heard him say he made a mistake and didn't know it was a Classic Coffee. He, then, add to the rest of the drink hot water. That lead to my drink having barely any ice. I told the worker who gave me the drink that I know that isn't how my Classic Coffee should look like. There's a difference between less ice and barely any ice left because of the adding of hot water. She was hesitant when I told her that the drink isn't like that and that I saw her coworker just water down my drink. I used to work at Sharetea so I know my drink isn't supposed to look like that. The cashier also had the audacity to come up and tell me that that's how a Classic Coffee should look like. They still remade my drink, but I had to put a fight for them to remake it. There's the phrase "the customer is always right." I am not complaining about anything that was far from reach. It's what I saw, know, and heard that I had to complain about. Came here yesterday with my friend and I got the Hokkaido Pearl Milk Tea. It was amazingly delicious and the boba was nice and warm. I liked how the boba pearls are smaller than any other boba place I've been to, which was a nice change! I didn't really like the flavor of the drink flavor I got until I took my second drink. It was really delicious and I'm kind of craving some more right now... Must... resist! I recommend going! You won't be disappointed! read more

Yesterday was the grand opening of ShareTea. We've been waiting for this location to open and gladly, it didn't disappoint The staff was very, very friendly and the place was amazing. They had the skyline of Las Vegas painted on one wall. We bought the Okinawa Milk tea with less ice and 50% sweetness, the Honey Milk Tea, the Mango tea with ice cream - blended with mini Boba and the Taro Milk tea with regular Boba. Im glad that we can adjust the sweetness of the drinks and add as many toppings as we like. Will definitely be back read more
