As always, I love this place! They have all the tried and true flavors and often they offer special flavors. Always a great flavor. The staff is always polite and happy to answer any questions about new drinks or changes to traditional ones! Neat little place that even has a fun photo booth in the corner! I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service here. My drink was not made correctly, and when I brought it back to have it fixed, the employee named Matt refused to remake it. Instead he told me that I had already drunk most of it, which was insulting. I would never bring back a drink if that were the case. That is not the type of person I am. The young woman working was very apologetic and kind, but Matt was rude and dismissive. It was only after I said I would be leaving a review that he finally agreed to make me the correct drink. The remake was fine, but this should not be how customers are treated in the first place. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management takes it seriously so others are not treated the same way. read more

I stop by periodically and today the Asian girl that was working was so rude with zero customer service. Acted at the register like she was doing me a favor taking my order and making the drinks with an attitude .... If they don't like their job, then don't work there. It's giving a bad reputation to the business. On top of that the boba on my drink was hard and tea was flavorless. Someone from upper management needs to be there to see how customers are treated and the quality of the products they are serving. The other person that was there at least said thank you and good night. The service was quick and efficient. Although the drinks were not really that great. I ordered a lemonade 50% sweet and my boyfriend ordered a coffee 100%. Neither of us watched our drinks being made but the lemonade tasted like it was made in the same blender as the coffee, went home and threw it out :/ The coffee wasn't sweet at all, it was still okay and drinkable just not what we wanted. Great location to visit for your boba tea needs! They share a rewards punch card with the Plano and Carrollton locations which is very convenient. The quality and taste is consistent between the 3 locations, which I am a big fan of. This particular location just seems a bit less well staffed than the others, but it could've been an anomaly from the day I visited. Bonus- if you request no ice, you actually get a *full* drink instead of a little skimmed off the top! read more

With so many options in the area now, we were excited to try this new location of Sharetea. Though limited, there is seating and on a Friday night, my daughter and I enjoyed hanging out to wait out the rain at Sharetea. Despite it being a small shop, it was quite cozy. She got Passion Fruit Green Tea with Lychee Jelly no ice which was exactly what she said she wanted before we got there. Happy teen = happy Mom! This place is great. It's never really too busy so I enjoy coming by for a quick drink when I'm in the area. The great thing about this location is that it is consistent so we know how to adjust our order accordingly. My partner and I consistently find this place to be less sweet then the Carrollton and Plano locations, but at least since it is consistent we know how to tailor our order to fit our preferred order. My go to drink is Kiwi Fruit Tea with Aiyu jelly and I would recommend if u like a little sour with your drink. I have not tried the chicken here so I can't speak on that. This location also almost always have seating available so you and your friends and can and enjoy your drink. Music is average, but probably a bit too loud to study. It has more of a chatting atmosphere in here. read more

This ShareTea location has it all and it's quickly becoming my favorite boba spot. Their milk teas are good, but my go-tos here are the fruit teas. You can't go wrong with Hawaii Fruit Tea or Tropical Fruit Tea, and I usually add both lychee and aiyu jelly. Their fruit teas are very flavorful! They give you a much needed sweet kick to get you through the day. Their milk teas are more subtle in flavor than their competitors, but they offer the best balance between the bold tea, creamy milk and chewy boba. They are reasonably priced and they have multiple locations around the DFW area. I can't wait until I get my next boba fix at ShareTea! read more

While the staff here is amazing, corporate just changed their menu, and removed their stamp card rewards program. From the sounds of it, I was the only pleasant regular who was surprised by the new menu when I came in during the afternoon. There was no warning that this change was coming, and I bet a lot of regulars aren't going to be stopping in anymore. It has been awhile since I've been to a Sharetea but we were craving some refreshing drinks after the mall, so we came here. This location is nice and clean with some seating inside as well. They also share the stamp cards with Plano and Carrollton. We got the new Sharetea summer drinks - peach kiwi oolong tea (30% sugar) and peach strawberry green tea with aloe vera. The cashier was super helpful and told me they did not add any extra sugar to the peach strawberry tea, so I got it as is and it was DELICIOUS and so refreshing! Both drinks were super good, and I highly recommend!! I love the taste of peach tea, so it was perfect for a hot summer day! I would definitely come back to this Sharetea! read more

Patronized this location at least 5x since they've been opened. Service is habitually slow, but we usually get our drinks done right. However, our last visit was severely insulting to us. I ordered oolong+ no sugar+lychee jelly & 1 milk tea. Asian girl made our drinks, but added no lychee. I heard her voice "oh well" to her coworker#2, left our drinks on the counter and scurried to the back. She knew her mistake & did not care. Coworker#2 tried to pawn mistake to us, he did not care. We had to verbally ask where's the lychee so he could correct it. If u don't care, quit. Don't take my $ and intentionally give me less than what I paid for. read more

So excited there's finally a Sharetea in Frisco!! This place is so cute inside. Lots of spacious seating and its a great place to hang out with friends or get some work done. This is the first Sharetea i've been to where I've seen a food menu (not sure if there are others like it haha) I got the Hawaii fruit tea with aiyu jelly and my sister got the strawberry ice blend with lychee jelly and ice cream. Normally Sharetea is great but the morale at this location is just flat out bad. I almost always ask for no ice in my drink and all the times I've gone here they always fill half the cup with ice. When I ask for it to be remade they legit put half portion boba and no ice, like what?? This happens literally every. Single. Time. Whoever manages this store could use some real integrity. I manage a restaurant in Denton and the Sharetea neighboring my store always does a phenomenal job with their drinks and as a regular my tabs are usually $60+ since I get boba for my crew. this is by far my favorite milk tea place ever. they use dairy-free creamer in all of the basic drinks which is AMAZING if you're lactose intolerant. you can ask for some many different customizations such as sugar or ice level and different toppings. the drinks are HUGE as well for a good price. service is excellent, i have been to this place when there was a line out the door and my drink was made almost immediately. the staff is very friendly and works hard to ensure satisfaction. the inside of the place is quite nice. the lighting is not too harsh and the seating can accommodate anything from a couple of people to bigger groups. once again my go-to recommendation for milk tea shops in the frisco area. 11/10! read more

There are a ton of boba options in the area and after having tried them all back-to-back on my boba tour (you're welcome for my service), Sharetea is the winner.
