Sweet Treat: It was a super hot day while we were in Cerritos last week & craving a cold & refreshing drink. We looked on Yelp & discovered Sharetea nearby. What a delicious find! Yum: Both the Matcha Red Bean milk tea(w/almond milk) & Chesnut Paris(w/Oreos sprinkled on top) hit the spot & cooled us off. Friendly service, covered seating on the side of the restaurant, where are you also order outside & overall yummy drinks, love it! Popular: What a busy place. There was a steady flow of people the entire time we sat down and had our drinks. Overall: What a delicious treat & with such a variety of flavors, I would go back to Sharetea in a heartbeat to try something new, when I'm in the area again! Plus, they gave us cute stickers! This Sharetea location has been super consistent every since I started going in middle school and this is by far the best Sharetea location. My go-to drinks are the passion fruit green tea, half sweet, less ice, with boba when I'm in a fruity tea mood. There is a good balance between the passion fruit flavor and tea flavor, and I enjoy the passion fruit seeds in the drink. When I'm feeling milk tea, I enjoy the okinawa milk tea with the same adjustments. Don't forget to check in on Yelp for a 10% discount and this is honestly the best bang for your buck, especially with other boba places increasing their prices. Located in an awesome plaza with plenty of incredible food options, Sharetea is probably my favorite boba place currently that I have gone to countless times. They are pretty busy more often than not, but the service is great and they get orders out quickly and consistently. Sharetea offers an incredible variety of drinks, including their mojito series. The mojitos have to be my favorite and are a fresh take on a classic drink that is usually not paired with boba. They have solid add-ons and I especially love that they have the option for mini boba pearls. Not only are they creative, but Sharetea has their basics down as their boba is cooked perfectly every single time. One of my favorite places to go to when I come back home to Cerritos. Easy to find, plenty of parking, friendly staff, and quick service! Location - 5/5 On one of the more busy streets of Cerritos - fortunately It's down the street off of Pioneer in a huge plaza. I appreciate the large parking lot and it's proximity to other good treats (shout out Pinoy Pinay~). Service - 5/5 Most days they don't know how to spell my name but hey at least they try and try again. Most days/times of the week, there is some sort of line, but it's line of busy workers bust through orders like nothing. Two things I appreciate: 1) their patience dealing with so many people; and 2) willingness to quickly make things right. Good people! Drinks - 5/5 We all know Sharetea is franchised - so there aren't any drinks IMO that make me choose Sharetea over others. However, I enjoy that this Sharetea is always consistent with the quality of their drinks. The fifty percent sweet was a little too sweet for my liking , probably would dial down to 25 next time . We finally found a place with non-dairy options for my husband, he was super happy! Nice and clean place and pretty popular! We got a couple different drinks...taro tea with boba, coffee milk tea with boba and crème coffee. It was average in price range for the size. It is just one size so if you were looking for something smaller or bigger they don't have that but service was quick and they were helpful. This is the only place I could find that has mini tapioca pearls! I personally don't like boba, but I love milk tea and my sister loves mini boba balls so it's perfect! This is also the only place I know that you can get ice cream with your milk tea! My last visit was amazing, I enjoy coming here. It's one of my top three boba places! The staff were amazing, I had a really good conversation with one employee about the kakao bear and rilakkuma, and with the other employee about honey allergies. The place is starting to reopen slowly, they haven't opened the whole store as they still have you order and pay outside. They do only take card and apple pay. A friend of mine suggested this place and decided to give it a try. I ordered my drink, simple milk tea, no boba, easy ice, 80% sweet. I got my drink and made my way to my car. I took a sip and realized it was watered down, barely having any flavor and not sweet at all. I went back inside the store and commented on my drink. They took my drink and prepared a new one in front of me. I got to say, the service is quick and professional. The kind employee made my drink and I walked out with a sense of satisfaction until I took a sip. Again, it was exactly as the first one. Watered down, flavorless, and no sweetness. I saw them prepare my drink, service was good. Perhaps their ingredients are watered down. There's other locations that have the same service with flavored drinks. read more

I bought a drink tonight and found this. It has a plastic texture to it so I threw it out. But I'm grossed out by it. I never had a problem with them and it looks like they just didn't notice this when they were cutting up the grass jelly after it's cooled. But I might not be going back for a while. read more

The space is small, and while they have a self-serve kiosk, it can be confusing to navigate. It's hard to tell who's in line to order, who's waiting for their drink, and whether to queue at the cashier or kiosk. So good! After looking at Yelp reviews, I decided to get the Mango Green tea Crema with boba. The boba is warm and still soft and chewy. It's perfect. It was so refreshing on this hot day. The wait wasn't too bad but the lines did get long behind me. They have a new rewards program where you download the app on your phone. You show them the app at checkout and they stamp your phone. Sharetea is located in a shopping plaza filled with many other food and drink options with plenty of parking. The shop is a bit unique in entering as you actually enter from the side and order and exit through the front door. There are plenty of signs stating this, so it's not too bad. Additionally, they have several menus tapped to the windows so you can see what offerings they have. I ordered the Thai Milk Tea with Boba and I must say it was one of the best I've had. Came here on a Monday afternoon they was a line but went quick. Wait time was like 10-15 minutes. They got my order wrong and remade a new one even gave me the messed up one for free. Sharetea is always a safe go-to boba spot with its incredibly diverse menu. It's been awhile since I've visited this particular location but they now have opened part of their store so you can sit while you wait for your order but you still order outside. (Saves you from waiting in the cold the whole time). My go to order is their Matcha Fresh Milk with boba and it has yet to disappoint. A close second would be their Peach Tea with boba (with an adjustment for sweetness because it's a tad too sweet for me). Parking in this plaza can be a mess depending on when you visit, but besides that, friendly service and it's fast. Tip- Use the Yelp check-in for 10% off your order! read more

Came here 6 weeks ago with my dad, one of my sisters and R. Parked right in front of the store. This Sharetea location is part of a busy strip mall. The parking lot is big and looks like parking is always available. Only employees were allowed inside the store, and all of the doors were locked. When we came here, the employees were helping customers out of two separate windows. Customers had to wear masks and socially distance themselves while standing in a line at the window on the side of the store where one of the employees was cheerfully taking orders. Another window was at the front, and customers stood shotgun style all over, waiting for their number to be called. All four of us ordered milk teas with boba. My dad and sister grabbed one of the only two outside tables that were in the area of the order window while R and I waited out front. For large amount of people who ordered before us and were waiting for their orders around the front window, the employees who made the drinks were moving the orders very quickly. We got our milk teas, and they each were made the way we ordered them. We got a good amount of boba balls, and they had a nice chew. Although I wish they had the doors unlocked and customers were allowed inside the store, we had a good experience. read more

The boba tea here is good. The boba is soft and chewy and the teas aren't too sweet. You could also customize the sugar and ice level. The blended taro with pudding use to be so tasty, but just like another reviewer mentioned, it is very watered down now. It tastes like blended ice with barely any flavor. I'm so glad I wasn't able to swallow it while I was chewing the red beans & might alao have caused cuts to my mouth. I love boba I have gone to so many spot around oc. This specific spot is hands down my favorite. I've been to this spot a least once a day and each time I come the drink taste just as amazing as the day before. I always change my drink order between milk tea with boba and milk tea ice blended with boba. Both very good options! The reason I want to write this review is to acknowledge one of the workers at this location. Her name is Laura. Every time she is working I know ima have a great experience. She is very attentive towards guests. If she sees someone waiting near the window where you receive your drink she will come up to them right away. She is so sweet and genuine. I just put in my order and I will get my drink right away. No need to wait in line since I already know what I want. Very convenient as well for on the go type of deal. I've been coming here since 2020 and I LOVE this place. I won't go anywhere else for boba. Always left happy here. I love how I can modify my drink and by the time I get there from ordering online it's already done. Got my family into this place as well. I usually order the Honey Milktea with boba and they get the Ginger Milktea with boba. My husband isn't usually a fan of boba but he loves this place as well and if he's not feeling the boba that day he gets a fruit tea. The if you like earl grey and cheese foam then the earl great crema is good you, I got mine Elsa sweet and less ice and it was still plenty sweet. The strawberry ice blended was more icy than creamy. I was expecting it to be more of a creamy beverage. I guess you could say it's more of a slushee than a smoothie. Consider that when ordering. Service was good. The QQ Happy Family Milk Black Tea is my favoriteee! I get it 50% sweet which is the perfect sweetness for me. I also request less ice also because it's annoying fishing out all the little toppings when there's a bunch of ice. It has boba, herb/grass jelly, pudding, red bean, and lychee jelly. Since it has a lot of toppings it's probably a lot in calories so I only get it on days when I've gotten a good workout. The first time I got it, I drank it so fast even before my husband could finish his taro drink. Normally he finishes his drinks before me. My husband has ordered other drinks but he ends up going back to the QQ drink also. The line is sometimes really long so I do Doordash pickup when I have credits, but maybe you can also call in and order. The drinks come out relatively fast after you place your order. read more

When trying new drinks from there menu sometimes it can be a little overwhelming but the staff are always ready to help out with suggestions. I tried this delicious drink with ice cream and boba and I think the ice cream added a lot of flavor to the boba! Service is pretty good and I ordered pick up here and they were pretty quick.
