He took this time when explaining the x-rays which was pretty awesome. Even if you have an appointment, you will wait up to 45 minutes even if the waiting room is relatively empty. He insists that you see him for an appointment and an exam before he will sign a referral to a specialist. He's a good guy but everything about his practice is super inconvenient.
