(I was so grateful they were open. What medical practice is open Christmas Eve?) Can't remember the name of the PA I saw at that time, but he was very knowledable & pleasant. The wait time both times was minimal. Office staff helpful & professional. Today I saw Dr. McClendon & both my husband (who was in the room with me) & I thought he was terrific. He explained everything in very easy to understand language. He answered all of our questions. Great bedside manner. Never felt rushed. Am thankful that when you get sick on holidays or weekends, Throgs Neck Walk In Urgent Care is open. It beats the heck out of waiting hours hours in an Emergency Room.

He was acting strange, making wisecracks, and just made me feel awkward. In general, he made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! In all my life I have never been treated this way by a doctor.
