I asked for a thinner brow style, and she was very attentive, taking her time to shape them and making small adjustments to make sure I liked how they looked. Geeta is really good at getting my eyebrows back to that thicker and snatched style when they are too thin, and Annette is excellent at "landscaping"--when I've neglected my eyebrows for too long, she gets it! I always buy the package without an expiration date because it is more convenient for me, as I don't need to maintain a specific look all the time. It's worth it! I seldom have to wait too long, and the waiting time is short when there's a line. I went to get my eyebrows done today 5/25 between 5:50 and 6:20 PM. Not happy with the young lady who provided me service. She not only ruined the shape of one of the eyebrows, she thread so messy left me with a bald area in the middle of my eyebrow. No apologies of course. To the "corporate office": teach your employees about service, also teach them not to ask for a Zelle/Venmo/PayPal tip. A tip is not demanded, it is earned and up to the customer to decide if they want to issue one or not. Now I understand the low rate reviews from others. Bad business atmosphere. read more

There's not a zero option that's why I giving them 1 star. The worst place you can imagine, they are super mean, unprofessional and dishonest in an unbelievable way. Do yourself a favor DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. I used to have my eyebrows done here but the service is horrible and they for sure will mess up your eyebrows, I also bought an eyebrow liner and I received the wrong color, the box said medium brown and when I opened it was dark black. They refused to change it or give me my money back because of their return policy ( policy that they never mentioned because they don't even give you a receipt) . The super rude cashier told me to call customer service and the number doesn't recognize the option for customer support as a valid option. I normally don't leave bad reviews and just go on about my day, but when it comes to something like brows, I have to warn others. I came here as a last resort because I needed my eyebrows done a couple days before an event and my usual place was booked. Let me tell you, my eyebrows came out horrible. My right brow was higher than my left and one was round while the other was arched. The center was also uneven with one brow longer than the other. I knew the lady screwed up cause she finished within 5 mins. 5 MINUTES!! and she didn't even hand me the mirror. Apparently they couldn't fix it either I will never be back. Oh and they do prioritize certain people, by taking their time with them, mapping their face, taking over 20 mins. But hey screw your other customers, right. read more
