Horrible customer SERVICE! I walked in and the mall is okay not the greatest mall but overall bearable. So the (threader) had blonde highlights and big cheeks, once I walked in I saw her standing talking to someone else (friend) and I asked her if she was still open since it was 7 pm. She looked at me and nodded her head and gave me a dirty look. No welcoming whatsoever. Someone was waiting on a chair already and when her (friend) left she got her phone and started texting. Despite all the children running around the mall and despite the annoying kiosk stands that try to convince you to buy a house for 215k in Pacoima. This place.... It ain't that bad. For ten dollars you can get you're eyebrows threaded beautifully. However, beware sometimes you might get a random spot or even some red dots from them tugging too hard (ouch). Another bleh, would be that they all do it their own way, not the way you ask. They can either be a little boxy, circle-y, or squarish. From most of my experiences though, I've been real satisfied. If I could put 0 stars I would. They totally messed up my eyebrows. I wanted it thick because I have very thin hair on one side but the lady did them super thin and one side is lower and shorter than the other. They're too obviously uneven. Maybe because she was a trainee but man I'm so disappointed. I use to come here but now I prefer the northridge location because the lady over there knew exactly what she was doing and saw right away my hairs were not even on both brows. I took my daughter waited for 45 min and got them done. At first site they were nice. Kept her shape nice and thick. But the moment we walked to the car, we noticed something wasn't right. They cut her under her right eyebrow and they were so red & irritated! This has never happened before! She was slightly bleeding. We got home. Washed up and it only got worse. Wowwww I'm so upset I never have issues with northridge or Sherman oaks location but this one is horrible! I hate to complain but this shouldn't happen when getting your brows done! I went in to get my brows done I showed the lady a picture of what shape I wanted of course the girl in the picture I showed her had thick brows but I made it clear that I was aware that my brows weren't as thick as hers I just wanted the shape! Well she replies with a negative attitude saying that my brows are short... (in length) I told her that's fine I just don't want my brows thin. She does the first brow shows me and I told her she went too thin (which she did) then she goes to the other brow and has me hold the brow she was going extremely slow (which is more painful) so I had to have her stop a couple of times after the 2nd time I had her stop, she began to go harder and cut me... when she was done I looked at my brows and noticed that not only are my brow totally shitty but I had a really deep cut! When I told her about the cut she said "too much pull" idk what the heck that meant because it was obvious she didn't want to give me an explanation.. I didn't even want to continue with the services I was supposed to get my lip done but not after that! It sucks because I am a membership holder I have been for almost 2 years and it sucks to get those kind of services. When I got home my whole left eye got swollen from irritation bumps and the cut this never happens to me at any other location.
