I typically go to Vu but due to him being out of town, me and my mother had to go to other nail techs. I was serviced by Kelly for a pedicure and have never been more disappointed and dissatisfied with a service here, than I was today. Me and my mother are here getting serviced and my mother's nail tech Tommy asked which pedicure and I chose Hers. Without even asking, my nail tech Kelly automatically assumed I was getting the same pedicure and gave me the wrong one and switched after I told her I didnt want that one. I also get acrylic on my two big toes. I always vocalize how I like them shaped and no one can ever do them right except for my typical nail tech Vu. So I ask if I am able to shape my one toe to show how I prefer The shape. She then proceeded to ask me to continue so she can take a video. I am adamant about letting her know I would Prefer not to be recorded. And then she continues to press and ask multiple times after I said no. So then she pull out her phone and still records me anyway. It was incredibly inappropriate and embarrassing. And now she has a video of my face in her phone with which she could do anything with or post anywhere without my knowing, or consent. I am very upset to say the least.

On top of that, this location states online that they open at 9AM; but in my experience, technicians are just entering the salon by that time themselves. You'll see them opening up the phone line, setting up the cashier area, unlocking back doors, and preparing their cubicles, carts, and stations little by little. His station didn't appear to be wiped clean, visible debris on the chair and throughout the work counter was evident. His tools were stored in a plastic box, not sterile, not freshly retrieved. The tools were not sealed in autoclave pouches. His tools went back into the same plastic box after my service. Ventilation in the back room was fine until Michael decided to shake the towel he used to collect what ever he sanded and filed off my nails in front of me. Everything went airborne. Then he put the dirty towel backdown to continue using it for the rest of my service. Tool handling on my nails was a bit hard. The skin around one nail hurts from pushing back cuticles and cutting too much. A couple nails have rough edge finishes, filing was inconsistent. Horrible Horrible. Horrible…read more I went to have my acrylics soaked off as I am joining the military and my normal nail lady couldn't get me in until after my ship out date. I let them know I want the soak off and possibly a manicure. They quoted $10 for the removal (okay, great) then $35 for the manicure. I asked what those prices entail and they would not explain them. I then told them I need to think about it because $35 is a lot for a simple polish (not gel) manicure. Then they came back a few moments later and said the actual manicure was $50 so my total would be $60. Again, I asked them to explain what this included and they would not explain it to me. I told the guy that I am just trying to understand what I would be paying for, and he began talking at me saying he understood me but I do not understand him. I agreed and told him I was trying to understand him but he is not explaining. He continued yelling and told the guy working on my nails to finish. Well. When they were finished, not even all the acrylic was removed from my nails. I am still actively peeling off chunks which defeats the purpose of me paying to get them done, an I did not tip (which is VERY unlike me even with horrible service) I think the drawing line was that this man was yelling at me and they didn't even complete their one job. 0/5 stars (annoyed that I have to give at least 1) Never go here. They are lucky I paid them at all. They also use dirty tools and I was praying they wouldn't cut me. Looking back at the pricing after getting home, it quickly became clear that they were quoting me for their most expensive manicure and not even offering other options.
