First of all, they got me in for a gel mani-pedi same day. Second, they are reasonably priced. Very nice nail techs - they even offered me a soda! To top it off, they did a great job on my nails. Judy was my nail techs. She is a pro. You can tell she could do this with her eyes closed. Even the other tech who did my girlfriend's basic mani-pedi was saying how good she was. Skincare bad, nail painting quality good. Ordered a basic pedicure, which ended up taking almost two hours. Expected simple buff, lotion, and polish. Went above and beyond in the worst way skincare wise. My toes are bleeding and sensitive. The nail tech used the cuticle clippers on my entire toes. Literally my entire toe. The top, bottom, everywhere. I'm now left sensitive, with uneven skin on my toes, and bleeding. She filed them with every file and the electric drill. I feel like she was trying to remove my finger prints! On the surface, nail care was good. My color wasn't available so we found a similar one, no worries and she was very accommodating. When drying the nail tech accidentally hit a nail so she redid it for me. Overall, would maybe try again, but not with the same nail tech. Nice girl, just not for me. read more

So glad I found this nail salon after trying multiple places in town and being disappointed . I went in for a Deluxe Gel Pedicure and Gel Manicure which were great. Judy did an amazing job on my nails and was able to get all the dry skin off of my feet. 70$ for a 23 min pedicure. My appointment was at 5:30, done at 5:53. Let that sink in. If you want to relax and have a nice foot rub and feel semi pampered- go elsewhere. My toes were pre cut and "shaped" prior to going - I told her she could file more an shape if needed as I half asses it at home so my toes wouldn't snag the bed sheets, she filed 1 toe. I was really looking forward to just relaxing and enjoy having clean refreshed feet. My feet were scrubbed for maybe 5 seconds on each foot. No cuticle cutting/pushing, no buffing. The leg scrub/massage was MAYBE 30 seconds on each leg. Hot towel placed on my legs for 15 seconds just to wipe off scrub and residue. Lady next to me had both legs wrapped in a hot towel while getting a foot rub. Think about it, 1 base coat, 2 color coats and 1 top coat. Let's say that each toe took 2 min including UV light. That's already 20 minutes! I got 3 min worth of "deluxe". My receipt shows I checked out at 6:01 only because I asked for touch ups. I want my time and money back. I'd like to go somewhere else and relax and get my moneys worth. So uncomfortable and annoying. Tech was very young and seemed confused to my comment "wow, that was fast" wasn't worth a debate so here is a review. 70 $ for 23 min is almost 200$ an hour ... no thanks. I see another review on here, they got a basic pedicure and it almost took 2 hours. Seems like they have no standards and it's a free for all. One worker was shouting at another worker cause she took her color- they are all making themselves look bad. You don't even need to watch the tv you have a drama show right there in the store. read more

Very disappointed. I have gone here for months and was very happy. Today was not a good experience and I'll be looking for a new salon. The girl who did my mani and pedi didn't speak English, a problem when I asked to read the bottle of somet she wanted to put on my nails for $37. So of course I declined. Most irritating is that I said more than once I wanted no Color today, plain pedicure and manicure. Three times she shoved the gel nail Color selections in front of me. I asked for plain pedi with only callous remover. She tried to push me to get upgraded pedi. Finally, my callouses are still rough. I tried to show her and she fussed that it was fine. I recently scheduled an appointment for nails and wax. The mail tech Mya was great - she was very helpful in determining what I needed to have done to my nails. She is also creative and agreed to try whatever design I dreamed up. My nails and toes looked good. The wax was a whole different experience. She was very rough with me - I had to tell her that she hurt me twice. Today is day 7 and my face still have scabs from the ripped wax between my brows and on my chin. She used to much wax, didn't cook it off before applying, rubbed and pressed it into my face much too aggressively and ripped it off far too hard. My face was red and irritated for three days and as I mentioned, earlier, it's still healing a week later. I don't remember her name...maybe Carol or something with an s or c but she was of Asian descent and very talkative. Beware! read more

Won't be coming back... I came in a month ago to get gel polish removed and my nails are still absolutely wrecked. In the past when my gel has been removed, I left with healthy, smooth nails. This one visit took my nails from healthy and strong to extremely weak and brittle. I can barely brush my fingers through my hair without a nail breaking. My mom has also had the same experience here. There are some amazing techs here, but at the same time, I should not be paying full price for people who are new to doing nails to just ruin my nail beds. Andy did a phenomenal job on my initial set which were stunning long stiletto nails that were beyond beautiful and natural looking. I got so many compliments and wished I would have taken a picture. Chow (not sure of spelling) did this set of coffin nails that I really love which was great cause for as much typing I do I was sad but had to let the other set go. Both were in hard gel which lasts longer than dip and the great thing, no soak off! Everyone there is very nice especially the person who arranges appointments. If the 4-5 times I've been, however, I have found the polish not as durable as other places (the tip ends of nails gets missed, and I think the issue is lack of thorough cleaning between massage and polish as I have twice had a whole toe of color come off at once). I have been to 9 nail salons in the past 3 years and today I finally found the perfect one. They are welcoming.. Super friendly.. It is clean, they have a fantastic selection of polish colors from regular nail polish, gel, dip. First salon that actually listens to you and not only gives great services but wants you to come back. No more drilling my nails down the the skin, horrific "monthly" pedicure packages that come with fake fruit and horrible ingredients. My nails were short but I was still able to get a fantastic pedicure and manicure with art for the holidays! Their prices are comparable if not a little lower than most salons in The Springs too! This place is absolute trash. So I'm not sure how they have good reviews. I'm new to the area, and this was my first AND LAST experience. I got a gel manicure on a Thursday. I was initially impressed and wanted to make this my new "home"; everyone was very friendly and even though it was way more expensive than other salons I've used, I was willing to pay because I thought it was going to be worth it. Wrong. After only two days, (on Sunday) four of the nails started chipping. I called first thing when they opened Monday, and because I was out of town for work I couldn't come back until the following Thursday. I'm a forensic nurse examiner, and often get called to Denver for trauma examinations. So, sorry I'm not readily available for a nail repair that I should have never had to schedule in the first place. When I came back the new nail tech immediately began to make it my fault. He asked why I waited a full week to come in. I told him because I was out of town for work (which he later questioned). So he said, you should've called .. and I replied to him that I did call. He then asked when I called.. and I said first thing on Monday since you guys are closed on Sunday, which is when they started chipping. And then he tried to tell me it was normal for gel manicures to chip after a week. And I reminded him that 1. they started chipping after only two days. But 2. no, it's not normal. I've gotten gel manicures for 3 years and normally go 3+ weeks without them chipping. And then he looked at his schedule 100 times to confirm I actually had an appointment as if I was lying and then tells me "Normally I'd charge. But I guess I won't the first time." And THEN after it all he was like "well I bet they chipped because you had regular polish on before" like.. what?! I JUST told you that I've had gel for 3 years and secondly what does my prior nail polish choice have to do with anything since you take it off at the beginning anyway? And! Guess what ? Not even 12 hours later and they're chipping AGAIN!!! I'm livid. I went back in today to get the gel polish removed, my service money back. I was willing to let them keep the tip, even. He said they couldn't do it because it had been over a week. I reminded him that he "fixed" them yesterday and he began to yell at me saying no refund. And then asked where I went previously and said "well go back there then". I moved so I can't, idiot. Oh and beware. They apparently charge a $20 deposit for new customers that "goes towards your service". Nope. I was charged twice. I'm also positive that they charged me more for my tip than what I signed for. But of course they're unable to produce that receipt. Lesson learned. Save your money. Go somewhere else. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The only good thing of this salon is that the receptionist is sweet. Go work somewhere else, girl. Don't associate your name to that terrible business. read more

Let's just say I'm picky about my nails. I've been spoiled while living in Atlanta with some very gifted nail techs. I just know what I want. I moved back to Colorado in June and after some horrific experiences, I'd given up on trying to find a skilled nail tech. I have been proven wrong after my experience here. Skilled nail techs do exist...at this salon! They blew my mind. I gave Andy a general idea of what I wanted and he and Sammy helped me pick out colors. The people who work their are actually dedicated and passionate artists. They really take pride in their work and it shows in everything they say and do. I have looked and tried many salons and had some infuriating experiences at other places. Now I know not to go anywhere other than Ridgeline. They truly raised the bar. Andy worked his magic by using techniques id never seen before. He actually wanted to do exactly the things that every other nail tech before had balked at because he likes to be challenged. He exudes confidence; hence the reason he gained my trust immediately. I love his innovative mentality. There's nothing outside of his realm of ability. Seriously. I know if I go in there with an off-the-wall idea, he is going to make it happen...and enjoy doing so. If he hasn't already figured out, you better believe he's gonna learn! I have been going to this place for a about a year for one reason- Brianna. If I were rating her individually it would be a 5/5. She does amazing work and is an absolute pleasure to visit. She has high attention to detail in her work and is extremely personable. I have always gotten dip and it lasts on my nails for 3-4 weeks. In addition, the salon was recently remodeled and it feels very modern and fresh. My 4 star rating is because of two main reasons. 1) I would like to see a larger color selection in dip 2) Sometimes I feel like the leadership at this place has micromanaged the staff right in front of me. Even though this doesn't effect me personally, it can be uncomfortable as a client. Overall, this is a great salon. I would absolutely recommend Brianna! read more
