I was very happy living at Ashton Pointe, until my move out. For strictly financial reasons I had…read moreto break my lease, I chose the $500.00 re-letting fee (which I was told I could make payments on). Let me just say out of my $1100 deposit I received $170.00. I paid my rent/water each month but was charged for 3 months. I lost my gate fob and mail key, the cost to replace was $55.00, I paid by check the fee still showed up, I had a garage and gave it up, when I did I the office told me my pro-rated amount, I paid by check when I turned in the remote, it showed up online, one month I didn't pay my water with my rent, I paid later by check, it showed up as me owing. When I questioned them they told me it was 'coded wrong' but they never removed them online. Until they audited my account, at that point all was gone and I still seemed to owe the same amount, they were just for different reasons. Upon move out I signed an agreement that told me I was going to be responsible for $500 and (1) day rent $36.88; $536.88 in addition I would be responsible for my last water bill (all making sense) I was charged $295.00 3/1-3/8. When I reached out to the office staff via email the responses were condescending. Although the apartments are nice and the grounds are lovely the office staff is severely lacking in customer service. The maintenance staff on the other hand is AWESOME!!! They are all very kind, polite, friendly and get the job done! They communicated very well when there was going to be any kind of delay. It is unfortunate the office is so poorly staffed. I lived there over 1 1/2 years and I believe I saw Laura smile maybe twice and she lives on site. They were kind to your face but it always felt fake. Stephanie Beach

Both my sister and I live out of state, and because we were not residents of the home, there was a long list of details that we needed help with. Chip Collins was able to connect us with great contractors to get the home ready for sale, and he expertly moved the process along. When we first contacted him, he had very little time to prepare for our meeting, yet only a couple of hours later he had prepared a very detailed description of the home and lots of other relevant material. We were blown away! He was great at keeping us in the loop as to what was going on both with the home itself and with potential buyers. We felt 100% confident with Chip and his entire team.
