This would be the worst experience if you decide to choose this company. After checking the worksite out and agreement of the proposal they would then keep postponing getting started on the job. The technician just keep rejecting your call. Then after a month they said someone will come out and check it again. They would not communicate to you anything after they check it out. Unless you have been trying to call them so hard and so many time then after couple weeks they said they will have another person come check it out again....it's such a frustration dealing with them. All they do is keep postponing. You never know when you they can get the job started. Good luck. I have used this company couple times before, they always keep postponing, no exception. That's enough, no more dealing with them. Such a relief. read more

I am a contractor and have used Shannon on many jobs as a sub-contractor and have been very satisfied every time. I became acquainted with them while working alongside on several projects where we were hired separately. These folks have a great work ethic, they are timely and work efficiently. Their finish quality is second-to-none! Oh, their prices are also very reasonable! read more

These guys are the best. We hired them to fix a residential leak which had to be one of their…read moresmaller jobs. However, they treated us like we were one of their biggest. They showed up on time, we're extremely communicative, and stayed for an hour after everything was closed up to make sure the leak stayed sealed as we ran appliances and sinks.
