He promised to come and take away a branch that would eventually fall on the fence. He refused to compete that work, and it happened last week. The entire fence needs replaced now, 2 years later. 2. He was rude to the old man he had employed. 3. He was racist. When I mentioned little Italy, his first response was "people there are too dark for me". 4. I contacted thumbtack for help, and they told me to basically shove my 11k up my ass, it's not their problem. Stay away from this half ass company.

Anthony answered all my questions and told me approximately when the job would be completed. Even with unpredictable spring weather and a nationwide lumber shortage, the job was completed on time. The best part was the actual installation. The crew faced several obstacles including rocky soil, buried boulders, tree roots, elevation changes and a drainage ditch. They handled every obstacle and the final product was better than I could have ever hoped for. I would whole heartedly recommend Henry Fence. David Fisher, Concord Township.

How great was it when I found Fix-A-Fence to know that I was getting exactly what I needed--not just a "handyman" company but a company that knows how to do a wooden fence (or other types I'm sure) right! I called, sent a few photos, and had an estimate in hand the next day. The price was great so I agreed and was added to the schedule. Unfortunately for me we had many days of rain which pushed back my original date a bit but John was good about keeping me updated on a final date. Once we had a new date locked in he had a cancellation come up so I actually got booked sooner than planned (again, great for me!). The arrive on time (a little early even) and had the new gate hung, repairs completed on multiple sections, and a good once-over on the whole fence for some minor repair. Total time from setup to driving away was only a few hours and the work looks great! Also, I really appreciate the advice he gave me on a few "repairs" I had planned for them that he said could be taken care of in a less costly way (i.e. something I could easily do on my own since it was cosmetic work). Great to see someone willing to give me the best work at a very fair price. I highly recommend Fix-A-Fence and will gladly have them back for any future repairs (here's hoping another tree doesn't fall through my fence again!).

The installers were friendly, professional, and moved quickly. The finished job was perfectly straight and looked gorgeous. So many compliments from the neighbors. After a year, a few of the boards showed some unusual weathering and turned a dark gray/black color, in contrast to the other boards. R&T came right out and insisted on replacing them at no charge.
