We reached out to Wiler Fence and Nate, the owner responsed quickly providing a great solution to our project on a large slope with a competive quote. They completed the work, cleaned up everything, emailed us pictures, and sent an invoice. Talk about easy. This could not have gone smoother and we were very pleased with the results. The second was a repair on another project. This fence was already in place and one that was not installed by Wiler Fence Company. We had a leaning fence. Nate provided a quote over the phone, explaining what might need to be done. When the work was done, we called Nate to ask why we did not get an invoice even though he completed the work. Nate explained he was able to repair it without the need to replace any of the posts and there would be no charge. Wow! Needless to say, we will be recommending Wiler Fence Company to everyone we know and will using them on any future new fence installation. In summary, compeitive pricing, great work, easy to busines with and first class customer service!

When my wooden fence gate broke I looked around for a company to make that repair plus a few panel…read morerepairs and some general maintenance all around the fence. How great was it when I found Fix-A-Fence to know that I was getting exactly what I needed--not just a "handyman" company but a company that knows how to do a wooden fence (or other types I'm sure) right! I called, sent a few photos, and had an estimate in hand the next day. The price was great so I agreed and was added to the schedule. Unfortunately for me we had many days of rain which pushed back my original date a bit but John was good about keeping me updated on a final date. Once we had a new date locked in he had a cancellation come up so I actually got booked sooner than planned (again, great for me!). The arrive on time (a little early even) and had the new gate hung, repairs completed on multiple sections, and a good once-over on the whole fence for some minor repair. Total time from setup to driving away was only a few hours and the work looks great! Also, I really appreciate the advice he gave me on a few "repairs" I had planned for them that he said could be taken care of in a less costly way (i.e. something I could easily do on my own since it was cosmetic work). Great to see someone willing to give me the best work at a very fair price. I highly recommend Fix-A-Fence and will gladly have them back for any future repairs (here's hoping another tree doesn't fall through my fence again!).

He knew we needed it done before my partners surgery. Although it took a little longer than the contract stated- he kept us up to speed and got the job done just in time. He and his team hand dug around the areas I was concerned about- septic lines. Quality and craftsmanship were worth the wait and he got everything done by 4pm same day. We contacted them in January of 2025 for an estimate and on January 31st Alan Fisher came to our house and took a 50% Deposit and told us it was a "2 day job". Fast forward to today December 18th 2025 and the "2 day job" is being finished by another contractor. Alan Fisher and Complete Fence & Construction never finished what they started. Our "2 day Job" is being completed 320 days later. The never ending excuses, lies and broken promises is finally over. Do yourself a favor and Do Not hire Complete Fence & Construction.

He seemed to be a very qualified landscape architect and had some interesting observations and suggestions. He said he would provide a rough estimate in about a week. However weeks later I had heard nothing. I contacted John and he said he would work on it right away and get it to me in another week. Weeks came and went again without a word. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and certainly this estimate must be nearly done, afterall, I was not expecting a detailed design at this point, just an estimate, so left yet another message for him. Another week went by without even a courtesy call back, so I finally called the office and asked to speak to the owner. The owner contacted me within 24 hours and apologized and said this is not how they do business and this will be remedied immediately. He said they were extremely busy now as this was the height of the season but I explained to him I have been waiting for about six weeks now so he said John would get me the estimate. I also discussed doing some additional design work on an existing patio, but they indicated that as most of the design work was already completed, they were so behind, they would not be able to do it at this time, which I understood. I reminded them that I still wanted a ballpark estimate on the other work and that if they could get me an estimate and ensure it could be done by the fall I would be willing to wait. He said that would be perfect as they would not be busy in the fall. He thanked me for being so patient and indicated that John would get me that estimate so that the work could be done in the fall. But believe or not I never heard from either the owner or John after that phone call. Obviously a very disorganized place with little interest in customer service if the concept of reminders and return calls are so difficult. A perfect example of a contractor that repeatedly makes promises and totally underperforms. I was more than patient and was prepared to have an job close to 5 figures, but I guess that's not big enough for this company. Not to mention they wasted soooo much of my time and it was too late in the season to find someone else -- so unprofessional! Unless u have a job in the +20,000 range and r willing to accept lots of missed deadlines, don't use them!

They are also great to work with from an architect's point of view. They are good team players that are able to listen to everyone's wishlist or design intent and create a product that satisfies all.
