I've had bad experiences getting my hair dyed at other salons in SB so I was definitely nervous. In this appointment I got Vera, who was very kind. I showed her some pictures of what I wanted and I like how she showed me color swatches of hair so that I could see what I was working with. Vera did exactly what I asked for, my hair was blonder than I had expected and she was really sweet and could tell that I was a little uncomfortable with it, so she reminded me that if I wanted to fix something that it was okay. I really appreciated how she just made me feel okay with wanting to fix something and in power of my own hair, so we toned it once more. She even offered letting me come in another time to tone it again if it was still too bright for me, which I did end up doing. So a couple days after I called the day of and they were able to squeeze me in to darkened the highlights. Now I love my hair!
