They said I need 2 root canals and I have about 7 cavities. I am going to get a second opinion. Also, during the cleaning - the dentist was chit chatting with the assistant. I looked down at my phone once. The dentist said to me very rudely AND aggressively, "Can we do this first?". I didn't look at my phone again even after she left. Now, I feel like I was beat up and the bedside manner was absolutely horrific. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone!! Also, they forgot that they made an appointment for me on 11/11 and when I arrived, they told me that I didn't have one. Terrible business.

When we came for our initial appointment, we expected them to say our children needed treatment right away but they told us that we needed to have some other items taken care of before doing braces. The consultation was easy, no pressure and very informative, they were able to answer all of our questions. As we come to the end of our last child with braces, I can say without a doubt that I've been very impressed and thankful that I found Murdock Orthodontics. The entire team have been supportive, professional and caring. Also, I didn't mention earlier but their pricing is very competitive and even if they were priced higher, I'd still come here without hesitation. Highly, highly recommended Murdock Orthodontics!

His staff is always accommodating, kind, and very friendly. When I needed a recommendation for a periodontist and a family dentist I came right to Dr. Reynolds for his recommendations. When I went for my retainer check a few weeks later I brought this issue to Dr. Birds attention and was told I was clearly not wearing my retainer and to keep up with my hygiene. When we get to the office, we received the same type of genuine attention and care from the receptionist. The free consultation took about 15 minutes and Dr. Murdock was professional, easy going and down to earth. He was able to explain in layman's terms what was happening with my son and what needed to be done and how long the treatment would take. Neither the staff or Dr. Murdock put any pressure on us to commit right away but gave us the financial information and also gave a referral to another orthodontist in the area so we would be able to compare. To me this showed how honest and sincere Dr. Murdock is. WoW!
