That negligence caused me to get a severe infection that required surgery. I called the after hours number several time and no response. I had to go to the ER. After the 3rd call and after the ER visit she responded. When I went in she tried to pull another tooth instead of treating the infection. I refused treatment and asked her to refer me to a surgeon. After I healed from the surgery, I moved my family from this office for good. Tara is very Kirt in her approach, she's doesn't listen to her patients and I will never go back and I will never refer anyone to her.

No. It was five years of braces that I didn't need in the first place. Not only did they get me to put braces on my top teeth but also my bottom teeth that had nothing wrong with them to begin with AND I was later told by a dentist that my bottom teeth were extremely undersized to be putting brackets on them. After I had to have my dentist SEND A DOCTORS NOTE ORDERING THEM TO TAKE THE BRACES OFF they finally took them off after a year of me and my grandmother begging them to. Yeah my teeth were slightly straighter. I also had 9 cavities I had to get filled because they refused to ever take off the braces so I could get my teeth properly cleaned. After I got those cavities filled my retainer didn't fit. Orthodontist refused to give me or make me a new one. So now my teeth look the same as before anyways. The old guy who runs it IS CREEPY in my opinion and awkward. I am BEYOND angry with this establishment. I have HORRIBLE gum decay and recession from this entire experience because they were money hungry and cared more about that then the 12 year old's oral health. I am 20 now and got my braces off at 17 and STILL AM SUFFERING THE CONSEQUENCES. Don't go here.

The hallways were a parade of little patients with glittery, multicolored smiles and the waiting room was full of chatty adults. Everyone was, like, really happy. Nay nay, dear reader. Patients can earn gift cards to all sorts of local places! FYI: there are Starbucks and Sephora for the more discerning patient. (Me, I'm discerning. This girl right here) Spent time with Dr. Dickens working out a treatment plan in between talking about what's bingeworthy on Netflix and doing the Soulja Boy. What, your orthodontist doesn't dance? Huh. Weird. Crank that. I'm getting Invisalign, so my Halloween dreams of dressing up like Joan Cusack in Sixteen Candles, complete with headgear and napkin sweater (iykyk), have been cruelly dashed. UPDATE -- PART 2: Bottom Implants & Long-Term Results…read more I recently completed my lower implants, and the experience only solidified my initial impression of Renew Dental Arts. The procedure was remarkably smooth with minimal discomfort compared to the upper implants, which are naturally more complex due to the sinus cavity. Finding a clinician who can permanently resolve dental pain with this level of skill is life-changing. Dr. Klein's pride in his craft is evident in every detail. When my bottom set was placed, the color and contour match was flawless--his dental assistant (a 23-year industry veteran) remarked that Dr. Klein's work is genuinely "next level" and one of the cleanest matches he had ever seen. On top of that, longevity speaks for itself: I have had my upper set for over 3 years now without a single issue. Despite widespread inflation across healthcare, Dr. Klein still offers the most competitive pricing in the region. Short of traveling abroad for medical tourism, you simply will not find higher quality care at this price point. Pro-Tip (HSA Optimization): If you want to lower your out-of-pocket costs even further, pair an established HSA with 0% interest financing (e.g., 24 months). Making your monthly payments with pre-tax HSA funds can effectively save you an additional 25% to 35% depending on your tax bracket. Renew Dental Arts is the premier choice for restorative and implant dentistry--world-class results, honest pricing, and a dentist who settles for nothing less than perfection. ORIGINAL REVIEW -- PART 1: Upper Implants & Initial Impressions Renew Dental Arts and Dr. Klein: Exceptional Care and Unbeatable Value I rarely write reviews unless my experience is exceptionally good or bad. In the case of Renew Dental Arts and Dr. Klein, it is truly outstanding. Unmatched Value: I initially chose Dr. Klein for his cost-effective implant services. His office charged nearly 50% less than other quotes I received, saving me thousands of dollars without compromising on quality. Commitment to Excellence: Dr. Klein's dedication is remarkable. Near the end of my initial treatment, I mentioned I was satisfied and ready to proceed, but Dr. Klein insisted on waiting another week to ensure the fit and finish were absolutely perfect. Empathetic Staff: The staff provides truly compassionate care, making every visit a comfortable and reassuring experience. Gifted Dentist: Dr. Klein combines meticulous technical skill, artistic precision, and genuine empathy. Renew Dental Arts offers exceptional care at an unbeatable price, and the entire team goes above and beyond for their patients.
