Shane was recommended to us by my financial advisor. At our very first meeting I felt very comfortable with Shane. He was pleasant, respectful, and patient with us. He helped us determine a budget that we could afford and started the pre-qualification process. Shane was always reachable; for example, we communicated with Shane via email, text, and phone call, and he always responded promptly. When we had to sign papers (there were a lot of papers to sign), Shane came out to a location that was convenient to us.
