Shane is great. An absolute professional. He knows his stuff and won't let you, or your business, spend extra dollars on non essentials. I had problems with my laptop. I needed to know if it was fixable or if I needed a new one. Unfortunately, I needed a new one, but Shane saved me a bunch of money. He's trustworthy with tour equipment and information. I can highly recommend. read more

I hired Shane to hook up a new laptop. He charges $75 per hour plus mileage. He was here 4 hours! I got the feeling he wasn't working a lot of the time. He charged me $340!! I had to have him come back because he failed to connect to the scanner. He charged me again! When I complained, he got nasty with me. I have a friend that had the same experience. Shane, of Grantham Consulting, was terrific. I called late on Monday, he picked up my computer on Tuesday, fixed it, and brought it back on Wednesday morning. My computer now runs as it should without overheating. This was great customer service and complete repair. I recommend him very highly and will not hesitate to recommend him or to call him again for any problem. read more

He just happened to be in our area and had a few moments to spare. I felt very lucky because our bathtub in the spare bath was backed up and sitting water was in the bottom. I gave him the address and he was there within 10'. Very friendly and had his tools with him. As well as another employees who was also very friendly and courteous. He knew exactly what the issue was, how to fix it and was in and out in a very quick fashion. Paying was a breeze as I wrote him a check and he issued a receipt. Very nice man, would use again and recommend. I like to use local companies and was so happy he was available so soon! That is a rarity in itself. Thank you for great service!!

My first call to try and find someone for this job was answered by AI and then I was sent to a person in Indonesia. my second call gave me a price for "diagnostic evaluation" too high and after reading reviews it appeared they were good at selling appliances but not repairing them.
