Nice casual indo pak restaurant Very popular with my meat eating pals, they do have some vegetarian options but in my opinion I would rather go to traditional Indian restaurant for vegetarian fare. Their sister restaurant that does Indian pizza I go to more often. I love that both are in same plaza do check them out read more

Tandoori chicken is great, flavorful, juicy and tender inside. Lamb curry is great match with garlic naan, not spicy. Their milk tea tastes good and it's complementary. Easy ordering via the cashier, pickup your own cutlery and wait for the food. Mango lassi is my favorite. read more

This restaurant has been permanently closed since November 2025. They do still operate Shan Tandoori Pizza across the parking lot, but that location only serves pizza and not traditional Pakistani / Indian cuisine. read more

The garlic bread was on the bland side. The tandoori chicken was good and juicy. The chicken Biryani chicken was okay with a good portion. The food is not spicy at all, which was disappointing even after I asked for it to be. read more

The food is quite good. I have tried the chicken tikka and the mutter paneer multiple times and am quite satisfied with the freshness and the spice level. The reason for only two starts is that the place advertises an opening time of 11:30 AM, but the last two times I have gone there, they did not open until 11:45 or later. That is grossly unprofessional. read more

The reviews do not do this place justice. The food is amazing. We had the garlic naan, lamb curry and achaar paneer. All of it was well seasoned and the price was pretty affordable. The employee was really nice, he helped explain the menu and what is recommended. It is self service if you are dinning in but it is not a problem. read more

Terrible customer support, make sure you never accidentally mix up delivery and pick up on DoorDash, because they will make it extremely hard for even DoorDash Support. Accidentally placed pick-up and needed delivery so I contacted DD Support, they told me since I placed the order less than 8 minutes ago that they should be able to cancel my order so l can replace my order with a delivery as they are unable to just switch it on their end if they marked it "In Progress" already. I called them and they continuously just told me "no pick it up", or telling me to switch it to delivery myself and they won't help, "go call DoorDash". If I could switch it myself I would've already done so. And so I did call DoorDash support and they attempted to call the restaurant on my behalf and then they marked my order complete almost right away, so I was unable to refund it. Mind you, I ordered like 5 big items, it wasn't like snacks or drinks anything. And then because they did that, DoorDash support couldn't do anything for 20-30ish minutes. I was literally willing to be double charged just so I can get my items delivered and get my Pick-Up order refunded later on. I've worked in a restaurant before and am familiar with the Doordash platform they use, and they purposefully made it hard when I was literally willing to be charged again, just so they see I wasn't going to just refund my order. Internal Support for DoorDash literally had to step in. Now not only will I not be replacing my order, I got my refund and I will never be ordering from them again. I literally ordered from them countless of times, probably one of their regulars at this point. But just absolutely terrible support. I just don't understand why they were making it so hard for even DoorDash support, nothing was being lost, I even tipped them. Staff must be so miserable to intentionally make things harder for no reason. Like are they serious, right after support talks to them, they marked it complete, the order wasn't even placed 15 minutes at that point. read more

The moment I stepped into the place I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine kindness that made me feel right at home which is so rare nowadays the atmosphere was cozy and inviting not too loud which made it easy to just relax and enjoy the moment the menu had a good variety of options that sounded tasty and fresh I decided to try a few different things and each dish was cooked to perfection with flavors that really popped and made me want to savor every bite the staff checked in just enough to make sure everything was good without being overbearing which I appreciated and the way they explained the dishes made me feel confident in my choices the portions were just right not too big or too small and the presentation was neat but not overdone overall it was a nice balance between casual and quality that left me feeling satisfied and thinking about coming back again soon read more

Shan used to be good. I don't know what happened but the food sucks now. Kebabs are super dry. Curry has no flavor. It's seriously a bummer.

We order $600+ food for $18 ppl. They did not give us the mango lassi which we ordered! Food was very oily and spicy. Tasted good but those oily literally stained our white marble table! I took me 10mins putting every effort to get the oil and stain out. Do I recommend? I can't be sure if DoorDash people steal it or restaurant forget to give us. Ordered chicken tikka masala and chicken leg! read more

Decent place. We ordered veg biryani, chicken, beef and lamb kebabs and garlic naan. Food is reasonably priced. The kebabs were a bit on the dry side but I liked it enough that I ate them all. Biryani is great and so is the naan. Complimentary tea which is also great. Will be back again. read more

I really wanted to get five stars how fast and good food on first , but what stops me while I'm eating to find hair, human hair in the food I ordered chicken masala and rice and I find the hair in the masala while I'm eating that was so disgusting it's more disgusting if I say what happened to me after and I think and what I believe the people they work in the kitchen they should put a hairnet on their head and beard net ,so the hair does not fall in the food I'll never go back read more

Ordered on Grubhub and they called pretty quickly to tell me they were out of the lamb wrap and offered the lamb roll and skewer instead. Also ordered tandoori chicken a la carte, chicken tikki masala, Palak Aloo (spinach and potatoes), and garlic naan. The chicken in the Tikki Masala proved too dry - even with the accompanying sauce, which was flavorful in itself. That was the biggest disappointment. The lamb skewer (granted, tasted as leftovers the following day) was also dry and crumbly. Sort of the opposite of succulent. Really liked Palak Aloo - there is a good number of cubes potatoes to contrast the creamy textured spinach. Garlic naan excellent and keeps well - just a turn in the toaster oven and it's like new. Tandoori chicken was solid - great rub and soft centers. When picking up the take out, I noticed the shop had a pretty heavy spice odor - just beware. I would definitely go back for local, well priced, Indian food. read more

Warning! Takeout Beware! We just now picked up food from Shaan - a few curries, biryani and several naans. The naans are clearly stale!!! They were hard/brittle/dried up like old naan that is reheated. We were clearly cheated. Couldn't go back because we picked it up on our way home 30 mins away. Will never go here again. Should report them. I tried calling them but the number on the Yelp site (same as the one printed on the receipt) is a fake number. So there is no way to call them and driving 30 mins for this isn't economical with time or money. read more

Ordered to go but Shan's Sandeep Sing manager said you don't have to pay twice but the online order was never received he argued and demanded that I show the online order. I had to lookup the email and the signal was weak in the Shan's restaurant so I kept telling him yes the order confirmation is in my email, he said no way we never got the order you're describing, he moved to the next customer. Finally I got the signal strength and showed him how I had already paid online, he said in the rude manner: "wait I'm talking to this other customer, I know u were waiting a long time, let me see your iPhone so I can place your order now, even though u ordered almost an hour ago, u don't mind waiting 30 minutes! I almost wanted to cancel the order, but I thought I can write a review to save someone else from this disorganized unprofessional mess! On Saturday 9/26 Sandeep Sing said: "so you have to wait at least 30 minutes but customers that just walked in only 10 min wait, so lessons learned don't order to go, walk in works 3 times faster than ordering online." read more

We have ordered DoorDash from here a couple of times. It never disappoints. We have tried chicken biryani, tandoori chicken, mixed vegetable curry, lamb curry, and naan. Everything was delicious. Except for the naan everything else that we ordered was pretty much average or below average. As we entered the restaurant it smelled really good so I was hoping that the food should also taste good and I was wrong. Below is what we ordered along with my personal rating on 5 Chicken tandoori breast 3/5 Chicken tikka masala 2.5/5 due to the runny curry and it was kinda salty Haleem 3/5 didn't get a feeling that it was fresh Naan 4.5/5 very fluffy, soft and huge. Although I did expect some butter on it. Overall an average experience. read more

Ordered chicken biryani, garlic naan, chicken karahi and chicken breast tikka. Biryani was OK, doesn't tasted like a biryani.Naan was too thick for my taste. Only reason for 3 star is chicken karahi. Curry was good and chicken was so tender and juicy. They have a plenty of parking and a few tables if you are willing to eat there. And of course don't forgot their complimentary onions, green chillies and tea. For onions and green chillies add salt, lemon juice and the masala at the counter. It compliments chicken very well. read more

Another one of a passable Indian restaurant. I have been here a few times but had decided not to leave a review since I couldn't decide what grade to give to the restaurant: it always had a few good things and a few bad aspects. This time around I had the same experience so I decided to leave a review with three stars. The restaurant has plenty of seating but they don't wait on you. You order the food at the counter and they bring the food to you. The service is average. The staff is polite and serve you if you ask for anything. However they do not go out of their way to ensure you have the best experience. The few dishes that I have had here all taste pretty much the same. This might be because the food is spicy enough to overcome any subtle flavors. All gravy dishes are uniformly greasy. The tandoor items seem to have much more reasonable amount of fat. The breads are also decent-- soft and moist. All in all, I will continue visiting this restaurant for lunch every so often. read more

I have eaten from Shan at least three times. The food tastes just okay overall. More spicy and oily than my preference. I usually end up going there since it's very close to where I live and open till late at night. Ambience: 2/5 There is nothing fancy here. It's all business. Order your food at the counter. Find table, bring plates, cutlery and wait for your food to be served. I usually find it little crowded with lot of people waiting near the counter for their food or to order along with serving staff. Food: 3/5 - Chicken tikka masala: Gravy tasted good but husband complained about chicken being rubbery and hard - Veggie Kofta: I have ordered this twice and never been able to find a full kofta. It always disintegrates. Overall good taste so would order again in time of need. - Paneer tikka masala: Same gravy as chicken tikka. It was meh. - Palak Paneer: Not good at all. It was just sautéed spinach with paneer. All I could taste was chilly. Felt like the chef got lazy while cooking this. - Naan: Garlic naan is good if you sit and eat there. Becomes too rubbery at home. Onion/aloo naan is better for togo option. Totally appreciate the complimentary onion, chilies, green chutney (yumm) and tea :) read more

Not bad. The interior is nothing to write home about and you order at the counter. They also have free onions and free masala chai (add your own sugar) at the self service counter. The food is reasonably priced, and they give you a decent amount of food. Rice is extra though. The food is moderately spicy, but not so hot that it's inedible. We got the chicken jalfrezi and the veggie kofta. The chicken jalfrezi was a bit on the oily side but I happen to like that. It's not really drowning in a curry sauce though. The veggie kofta is decent although I'd probably get something else next time. I typically go for malai kofta and this wasn't it. Chicken karahi was not spicy. They did use a lot of garlic though. The chicken had bones though which wasn't ideal. Mutter paneer is decent too. It's less on the creamy side though (which I prefer more). The naan was decent too although not super fluffy. read more
