My friend texts and the driver replies saying the trip is confirmed. The driver calls after the scheduled pick up time to say that he's not going to honor the appointment and he's thirty minutes away... Driver recommended that we use another service when my friend said the company should honor the appointment. We arrived late to our friends wedding as a result and if we had not had our own car available we would have missed the ceremony completely. This service is a complete joke and is not to be trusted. I recommend you follow the driver's advice and use another taxi service.

When we got in DelDot 430-01 taxi, it was filthy dirty. There was animal hair on the rear seats, loose tobacco on the seats, and the entire ceiling was dry rotted foam that was literally falling into our hair. The man and the dispatcher were talking, while we were driving, that they had to lose fares as we were not ready to leave 15 minutes before the requested pick up time. They were unpleasant and it was the filthiest vehicle we have ever ridden in, any where in the world. Never again, buyer beware!

I called Angie's Taxi and spoke with Chris who was very helpful and also concerned for me personally. I needed to be at the hospital at a very specific time. Chris came, picked me up and we got there in plenty of time. He walked with me into the hospital and to the check in desk. I had to stay and extra night. Chris was there right on time the very next day waiting for me. He helped me into his vehicle and even escorted me right into my home. He told him to let him know if I needed anything "at all" while I recovered at home. I had been very concerned about how I was to get to and from the hospital. Chris took all of my anxiety away. I felt very cared for. I very highly recommend this taxi service for anyone. THANKS CHRIS!!!!!

He told me he'd be to our place in 20 mins, but over an hour passed, no call from him and when I called the company they just told me he was "en-route". Once he got there, he claimed that a shift change was the reason he was late (even though he was the one who took the call). Didn't offer any discount for being so late (and we were late to dinner due to this). His taxi van was gross, smelled terrible. And the icing on the cake was that the 15-20 min ride cost us a whopping $55 bucks! Taxis in DC are not close to being that expensive. Total price gauging. Will definitely never use this company again and will let others know to avoid it.
