Now I'm at my friends house who bought a Ducati from them and has to take it therefor service. I'm there when the bike is loaded and this bike is mint since he has another the bike that he rides most of the time. This is a showroom new looking bike! It magically get to there and he gets a call telling him the turn signal was off the bike hanging when it arrives there..... what? They then tell him it was loaded that way and they didn't do it! Well then if that was the case myself and my buddy are completely blind according to them and the driver for them NEVER MENTIONED IT OR WROTE UP ANY PAPER WORK STATING SUCH A THING, so they have obviously did it and wanted to not take responsibility for it. As someone who worked in the motorcycle industry for half my life this is super shady! For Christ sakes it's only a turn signal and your guy did this unloading it. Tell the bike owner and say you'll fix it for free instead of making it out like it came that way and you did him a favor fixing it which you were going to try and charge for!!!!!!!! The place is owned by the little guy out back and the taller lady at the front. The female owner is VERY knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She will patiently listen to what you need and spend whatever time necessary looking up your parts and be sure to give you all your options, regardless if a $10 item or a $100 item. She is no pressure, and honest about any experiences they have had if you ask for her opinion. The husband is ok, you can tell he is busy, but he tries to listen and help you, and often refers you to his wife at the front counter for help. It is my understanding that he used to run the service dept at K&K Kawasaki in Vestal many years ago. When they first opened and I was looking for an inspection, he gave me crap about my taller than stock handlebars and even measured the height to the seat and told me I was over by a couple inches. Having had the handlebars on for over 15 years, I was about to tell him what I thought and leave, but he seemed to look past it, and kept looking the bike over, so I gave him a chance to prove he wasnt a dick. Glad I did. I had a problem with my horn and he let me fix it and kept on with the inspection. He passed it, but did look everything over. I have purchased tires, throttle cables, fuel additive, some gloves, etc... from them when stopping in. I recently called around for new tires again and their prices were as good as the best price I found online! They have been at their location now since probably 2007 or 2008 and I expect with their good part prices and the amount of service they do, they will be there for a long time to come. A welcome addition to Vestal. Stop by and give them a chance for your motorcycle and ATV needs. I am glad I did.

It's tragic that this place isn't rated 5 stars. My father…read morepassed away in 2012. He had a leather motorcycle jacket and my uncle Craig's leather motorcycle jacket (Craig passed in 1985). When I took from his closet they were moldy and worn. I put them in my closet and forgot about them for over 10 years. Fast forward to summer 2023 when I'm moving to a new house we bought and I find the jackets. They're even worse now than they were. I had them sitting by the trash when I decided I'd try to get them cleaned before trashing them. This was the only leather repair shop I could find. I brought them in and they said they could clean them up and redye them to look like new for $100 each. My dad's jacket cleaned up and was ready in about a month. My uncles jacket was far worse. The woman there cleaned and dried it half a dozen times. Spent months on it. Today I picked it up and I'm blown away. It looks beautiful. There's nothing I can say to express how grateful I am. This photo doesn't do it justice but I wanted to send it to my brother to show him. I wish I had taken a before and after. You wouldn't believe it was the same jackets. I would trust them with anything. They're amazing. 10/10 recommend
