I had my 96-year-old mother at her primary care doctor (Dr. Nina Safa in Fair Lawn) last week and…read morethe doctor did blood work for the sole purpose of seeing if she should change the dose or frequency that mom takes her cholesterol medication. The doctor said she would call my mom the following day. I was in the room at the time and asked if I could also receive a phone call because my mother is both hard of hearing and forgetful. Dr. Safa put my name and phone number in her computer. The next day Dr. Safa called my mother with the results and also told my mother she would not be calling "your daughter", just you. I arrived at my mother's house in the morning, my mother said shortly after she received that phone call, and my mother told me what the doctor said. It sounded right, but how do I know my mother heard Dr. Safa correctly? What if I didn't visit my mother that day and instead called her at 10pm as I usually do?? Would my mother have forgotten by then??? I am not doing this to be nosy! I gave two extremely LEGITIMATE and IMPORTANT reasons as to why I should have received that phone call directly from Dr. Safa or someone on her staff!! Does this Dr. Safa person not treat any other elderly patients and that is why she doesn't understand that most of them ARE FORGETFUL AND DO NOT HEAR WELL?????? I am completely appalled and fuming mad at the way I was treated and IGNORED and in extension the care my mother is being given by Dr. Nina Safa. This is COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL!

Yes, Dr Batarseh is rare and amazing. He knows exactly what you need and makes suggestions to help…read morewith common lines and wrinkles you have. I went to him for the third time and and he injected me with Vobella for the cheeks. I still need more but since it last for a while. I will be checking again and getting rid of my aging face. Thank you as always Catherine your favorite actor. Lol

*Edit: he did have his license revoked. In 2018. For fraud…read moreand bribery. Good lord, don't go here.* This man needs to have his medical license taken away. He is injecting fillers and Botox and has no idea what he's doing. I have been to his office THREE TIMES now to correct the horrible work he did. See the weird dimples in the picture posted here? I never had CHEEK DIMPLES until he put too much filler in the wrong place on my face. Weeks later I returned to have him fix it, and he actually tried to tell me that it was "too late" to use hyaluronidase to dissolve the poorly placed filler in my cheeks, because it had been over a month. I guess he forgot that I work in aesthetic research and development as a scientist. So I know he's utterly clueless if he actually believed that statement. He also injected Botox into my masseter muscle only once, which is the wrong method - it needs three injection points. And so I ended up with a huge paradoxical muscle bulge on one side of my face for weeks. When I asked him to fix it on my second visit, he said "I think you need to see a specialist, this isn't normal". No sir, you just need to stop injecting since you have no clue what you're doing. And it's actually going to hurt someone. Injecting into the face is no joke, and can paralyze someone if done incorrectly. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. He has no qualms about harming patients, and that's dangerous.
