He spends as much time as you possibly need during your visit and tries to accommodate you on whatever issue you may have. He is extremely caring and so incredibly smart. I had to get both my hips replaced and he was able to pinpoint why and what was wrong with me before I even saw an orthopedic. He also has great bedside manner and makes you feel so comfortable throughout your appointment. I recommend him to all my friends and family. Even my boyfriend, Dave, goes to him. Gabby, and Jackie are great too! They always find my vein first try when giving me infusions or taking my blood. Sam works at the front desk and is an absolute sweetheart. Finally, Crystal. She deserves her very own shout out for all she does for Dr.Kramer. She's so incredibly smart and helpful! She is always remembering little things going on in your life and always makes sure to ask you about them when you come into the office. She checks in every now and then when Dr. Kramer is taking a long time during his visit, and tries to keep things moving. She takes care of so much and Dr. Kramer is so blessed to have her!

They wrote me an auto response email saying they were concerned and would follow up. Have I heard from them? No. Did they post my review? No. I can't put into words how truly disgusted I am with this doctor. I wasted hundreds of dollars on him in hopes of getting my life back with the help of alternative medicine. Instead, he told me my disease was mental (I have plenty of proof that it's not), and that I should read a couple of recommended books. I'm not even kidding. At the time I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt because he seemed like he wanted to help. In retrospect, I realize how vulnerable I was at that moment, and he completely took advantage. I had known about the procedure for a long time and thought he would be a great option for my care. I was proven right. His office staff was great, very polite and professional. While the office does sell orthotics, no one even tried to push them as an option. Their goal really is to help fix the root problem, not put a "bandaid" on it so a patient has to keep coming back. When we sat down, he realized I had existing knowledge of the procedure, aftercare, etc., and agreed it was the best option for me. He ultimate goal when it comes to patients is to fix the problem, not use temporary "fixes." He was great; answered my questions (even the silly ones), he didn't rush the appointment in any way, refused to brush off any topic, and explained every step of the process before surgery. He really is a high-quality doctor, and makes it clear his goal is to help and work as a team with his patients. I am so excited to move forward in the process of fixing my foot with him. Unfortunately, it has been 2 weeks and the referrals department refuses to submit the required forms for my insurance's prior authorization. I have gone back and forth with the office, and no one I speak to can provide an answer as to why they won't submit the forms. I was initially told when I called the office that my MRI had been authorized and I could go ahead with scheduling. I scheduled and my husband took the day off to bring me for the scan, but then my insurance told me I was NOT actually approved. I called the office again and I was told yes, the pre-auth process had not even started. I clarified with the referrals department to make sure there was nothing further they needed from me. The woman I spoke to rudely told me that it hadn't been done because she assumed I'd be using Pascack Valley for the scan (even though I had already confirmed with Pascack Valley I was going elsewhere, and was told I could schedule anywhere.) I checked if there was anything else she needed to submit the forms, and she said no and confirmed she'd submit it "now." Days later I call Bergen Medical again, and am told that the pre-auth process STILL has not begun. I am promised to get a call back about this in 2 business days to explain why I am being given the runaround. So of course two business days plus a weekend go by, I call Bergen Medical back, and yet again no one can help me. The forms have STILL not been submitted, despite the multiple calls and confirmation from the referrals department that it had been submitted the week prior. I don't know what else I'm supposed to do when my doctor has ordered a test and his staff won't submit the forms. I am genuinely baffled.

Nothing off the table and no real direction. Complete waste of $35 per session and waste of our insurance money. Only went to a few sessions to see if it got better and found another place that actually provided physical therapy. Complete waste of time and money. I do NOT recommend this facility for physical therapy.
