With…read morekids, school, activities, and work, we needed help keeping the house up and Pristine has been our saving grace! Julie manages things and keeps all of the scheduling running smoothly. Every month she reaches out with the schedule for the next month. When we've needed to make adjustments to schedule, she's super flexible and works with us to meet our needs. And I can't say enough about Blanca, our FANTASTIC housekeeper. She leaves our home sparkling every other Friday, leaving no detail unaddressed. From the kitchen to the bathrooms to our hardwood floor, the whole house feels fresh and inviting when we come home on these days. In addition to her fantastic cleaning service, Blanca is one of the kindest people we know...she has such a huge heart. If you give Pristine a call, I highly recommend her! Pristine is the way to go if you need your house cleaned. I highly recommend them!

I…read moreinitially had nothing to compare to Pristine since I've never had a professional housecleaning before. But now I can compare their work with another competitor in the area. After comparing the two cleaning companies, Pristine is good for regular maintenance and jump starting the cleaning process, but isn't the best for detailed work. Overall, I still feel like the price is appropriate for the service provided. This company will still be in my rotation, but just not for my idea of "spring cleaning".

This business is NOT A JOKE…read more I don't know how else to say it, but in essence, this service brought in an army of professional cleaners and organizers and completely rejuvenated my house. The amount of detail and effort was unbelievably heroic. They cleaned the ceilings, walls, every crevice, disassembled/cleaned/reassembled my kitchen appliances, moved everything, scrubbed everything, turned the entire house upside down and did a total restoration. My stove was cleaned to the best of my ability, but after they did their magic, the years of baked on oil and grime were erased completely. They recaulked the bathrooms and touched up the paint on the cabinets. What! Toilets were cleaned amazingly well even the inside of the tanks. They completely renewed the house. As a result it feels new. There's so much less dust now overall. We didn't have a neglected or dirty house in the first place, but they went so far above and beyond what we were capable of. It's astonishing. Do not hesitate to engage with this company. Total professionals. Unreal results and they've clearly made a science out of this. These are not janitors or Housekeepers, though you could get them to maintain the place. These are professionals who are highly trained and passionate about what they do. Apologies for not having enough time to list what they've done or how massive the impact was for my family.

We paid $340 for a deep cleaning, and while the team did wipe the floors, they left the carpets rolled up in the corner instead of putting them back. The lead cleaner texted me less than an hour into the job saying they needed more time due to "excessive dog hair," which was simply not true (I have photos as proof). I was present the entire time and even assisted with some tasks, so the level of professionalism was concerning. I requested something very basic--removing the bedsheets and loading them into the washer--which was not done. For reference, our home is 1,600 square feet, and I don't believe it warranted the 5 hours they claimed were needed.
