The service was ok. They usually seem busy so it does take a bit to get the food. The indoor seating is pretty limited, but there is a good amount of outdoor seating. Kids enjoyed watching the chefs make the noodles in the open kitchen. Their specialty is fresh/ handmade ramen noodles in a variety of soup combos. Also made a variety of bubble teas (which we were too full to even try, but others were enthusiastically gobbling up). Clientele were a mix of local asians and non-asians. Il ripieno di maiale molto buono, ma l'involucro non è il mio tipo, quindi lo lascio lì e mangio solo il ripieno. Infine arrivano gli Xiao Lon bao, finalmente qualcosa di buono sopra la media. Forse un po' grandini, ma comunque buoni. Se i San ji bao avessero avuto questo tipo di pasta, sarebbero stati ottimi. Tutto comunque molto salato, forse un po' troppo. My sister ordered the regular black milk tea and I ordered the taro milk tea for 3.50€ each. I wasn't the hugest fan of the black milk tea but the sweet taro milk tea was great. The usually graininess of the taro powder was missing and instead was the thick consistency of real blended taro. The tapioca bubbles weren't too bad, either. A must stop by after dinner in Milan's Chinatown!
